Quick delivery of in-stock watch strap
I was really happy with how quickly I got the watch strap I ordered from this company. The website said it was in stock, and they weren't kidding - I got it soon after ordering. But they could've communicated better because I got an email saying they had to order the strap after I paid, which was a little annoying. I emailed customer service about it and got a generic response saying all parts are ordered in, which didn't really help me out. Luckily, even with that little hiccup, my order arrived pretty quickly in the end.
Watch straps
I bought some watch straps from this store, but one of them never arrived. It's been two months and I haven't gotten any updates. I even requested a refund, but there's been no response. It's frustrating because I was really excited to use that strap. I hope they can look into the delivery issue and refund my money. It seems like they care more about keeping my money than fixing the problem. It's a shame because they have a lot of neat things on their website.

I bought a battery strap that was supposed to be in stock, but turns out it wasn't. I bought a watch strap from this store and, for the most part, I was happy with the product. But, man, their customer service is seriously lacking. I didn't get any kind of confirmation after ordering, just saw the charge on my account. When I tried to find out when it would arrive, the response I got was not very helpful and almost rude. To top it off, the package showed up even later than the wrong delivery time they gave me. It's really frustrating to see such poor customer service in an industry where taking care of customers should be a major focus.
