Delayed delivery, no refund
I'm pretty upset about my experience at this store. It's been 28 days and I still haven't gotten my delivery or a refund. I feel like I got ripped off paying for something I never even got. The company's lack of communication and not fixing the problem is unacceptable and really turned me off.
Online order using a coupon
I got this email with a $10 off coupon and when I tried to use it, it said it was expired even though it wasn't! I decided to go ahead and place my order anyway, and then I sent them an email with proof that the coupon was still valid. They took forever to respond and basically told me tough luck, even though it was their mistake. So, just a heads up, don't waste your time trying to use their coupons because they won't be any help to you.
Wrong sizes, credit card info sold
I'm really bummed out about how my visit to that store went. They not only got my order all wrong by switching up the sizes, but they also ended up giving out my credit card info. I still haven't gotten my money back from that. It's super frustrating to be stuck with the wrong sizes for my nephews, and this whole situation has happened more than once now.
Online order experience
I just bought some stuff online and it didn't go well. I spent almost $200 on things that were supposed to get here by a certain day, but no sign of them yet. When I called customer service, they only offered me store credit, which wasn't what I needed in this situation. Plus, it would cost more to reorder the items, which just made me more mad. I felt like they misled me and I'm not happy with the service at all. They didn't handle things well and didn't take responsibility for their mistake, which left me disappointed.
Order made right
I had a little mix-up with my fast shipping, but the person in charge took care of it and my stuff arrived right on time. Big shoutout to them for going the extra mile!
Online order experience
I can't believe the terrible experience I had with this store. Ordering online was a nightmare - packages took forever to arrive and you had to pay extra just to track your order. The in-store experience wasn't any better, with messy stores and ugly clothes for boys. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else like Old Navy, Target, or Carter's. Even Amazon would be a better choice than this place.
Disappointing Purchase
I was really bummed out by my recent shopping experience at that place. I ordered a bunch of stuff but only got part of it. The rest of my order was stuck waiting for the carrier and never actually got sent out from the warehouse. I emailed them twice with no response, then called customer service three times. Each time, I had to wait forever to talk to reps who I could barely understand. They promised me a refund for the missing items, but when it finally came through, it was missing the sales tax - which seems sketchy. I had to fight with my bank to get it sorted out. This company needs to own up to their shady practices.
Large family purchases
As a regular customer at this store, I really like the discounts and deals they offer, especially since I have four kids and usually end up spending a lot each time I shop. I think the clothes are super cute and I appreciate the My Place Bucks. However, I have noticed a few things that could be better. The quality of the boys' jeans isn't great - they wear out and get holes pretty quickly, even after just a month. It's frustrating, especially because I have a husky boy who needs specific sizes that aren't always in stock. I also wish they had the cute toddler prints in bigger sizes, since some of my kids have outgrown the smaller sizes but still want to wear the cute designs. And I've found that the girls' leggings tend to fade at the knees after only a few wears, making them look worn out. The material on the girls' graphic tees has also changed - it's thinner and feels cheaper than it used to, but the boys' tees are still good quality. I'll keep shopping at this store, but I think they could do better by focusing on durability and offering more sizes for different age groups.
Delayed delivery
I'm really disappointed because I haven't received my order yet. I bought an outfit on April 23 and was hoping to get it by April 27. But it's already April 28 and my order is still in pre-shipment status. Because of this delay, I won't have the item in time for my son's school events on May 1. I do like the quality and how cute the products are, but the slow shipping process has really let me down.
Children's clothing purchase
I bought some kids' clothes at this store not too long ago and honestly, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. I had some trouble canceling my account and on top of that, they were charging me a monthly fee even when my balance was zero. Canceling the card was a whole headache - they wanted to fax me the cancellation papers, which felt like such a hassle. It seemed like they were just trying to make it harder for me to close my account.
$115 clothes order for my kids
I spent a ton of money on these awesome clothes for my kids, and you know what? They never arrived. I tried calling and emailing everyone, but no one helped me out. I'm feeling pretty upset and frustrated right now.
Easter outfits for 5 kids
I'm really upset about what happened at the store. I bought Easter outfits for my 5 kids and they didn't arrive on time, not until after Easter was over! I tried to cancel the order, but they said no. On top of that, I couldn't print the receipt from my phone, and had to use a regular computer. Now, I have to pay for shipping to send everything back. This whole shopping thing turned into a real nightmare.
Four pants order for my son
I gotta tell you, I had a terrible experience recently when I ordered four pairs of pants for my son. It was a total nightmare. Instead of getting everything in one package like I expected, I ended up with multiple packages arriving on different days. And to top it off, one pair never showed up, and I still haven't gotten my money back for it. On top of that, I've been charged several times for the pants I did receive. I paid for everything weeks ago, but like clockwork, I keep seeing new charges on my card every night for the same stuff. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but they've been absolutely no help. It's like pulling teeth just trying to get someone to fix this mess. I've talked to so many reps who all promised to take care of it, but here I am, facing the same issue. The incompetence from Children's Place is just unacceptable. They've caused me so much stress and financial trouble for no reason. This is the second time my account has been messed up because of them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
80% sale purchase
I totally jumped on that 80% off sale and placed my order on March 14th. I was kinda nervous because of some bad reviews, but my stuff arrived on the 19th and it was actually awesome. The clothes were top-notch, everything was neat and organized, and the sale was legit. No buyer's remorse here at all! Can't wait to shop there again soon!
Online school clothes purchase, new card discount
I just made an order online for my grandson's school clothes and thought I'd get a good deal by opening a new card. Seemed like everything was fine until I got my first statement in the mail. The account number on the statement didn't match the one on the card. Super confusing! So I called customer service to figure it out.
Online order, unable to return in store
I just bought some stuff online from this store, thinking I could just return anything that didn't fit in-person. But when my order arrived, nothing fit right. Recent store visit
I went to the Place Vertu store recently and man, what a letdown. They up and closed the store an hour early for inventory without telling anyone beforehand. How rude and unprofessional! I took the trip all the way from Laval just to be shut out at 4 pm when they usually close at 5 pm. It's just not cool to treat customers like that. Needless to say, they won't be seeing me there again.
Order split into two packages
I recently bought something from this company and was really let down by the customer service I got. So, my order got split up into two packages, and the first one came through just fine. But, the second package never made it to me. According to the tracking info, it was marked as delivered, but I never got it. When I tried to get help from USPS, they couldn't do much. I reached out to the company's customer service multiple times, but all I got were automated replies - no real person to talk to. I even went to a store in person, but they couldn't fix the problem either. After four attempts to get this sorted with customer service, and still no solution in sight, I've made up my mind that I won't be ordering from them again.
Misplaced order, frustrating experience
