Fraudulent transaction
This company is a total scam. I bought something from them, they took my money, but never sent me the stuff. When I tried to get my money back, they actually had the nerve to tell me to send back the stuff first. How am I supposed to send back something I never got in the first place? It's just not right and totally unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to be super careful.

Makeup products
I bought some makeup from this brand and was really excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, I had a bit of a rough time with their online ordering. My first order got lost somewhere, and even after contacting customer service a few times, I still haven't gotten it sorted out. The lack of communication and slow responses have been pretty frustrating. I get that sometimes things don't go smoothly with deliveries, but I wish they were more on top of things. It's disappointing because I really like their products.

Delayed delivery
I'm really disappointed because I haven't received my order yet. I bought an outfit on April 23 and was hoping to get it by April 27. But it's already April 28 and my order is still in pre-shipment status. Because of this delay, I won't have the item in time for my son's school events on May 1. I do like the quality and how cute the products are, but the slow shipping process has really let me down.
