    Chlorine product purchase

    I just bought some chlorine products from this company, but ended up getting the wrong item. I was supposed to get 3-inch tablets, but got chlorine granular shock instead. When I reached out to Customer Service about it, they were not very helpful and didn't solve the problem. It's frustrating to see a company not taking responsibility for their mistake like that.

    I really wish I had checked out some reviews before I bought from this website. Looks like I'm not the only one having problems here. I sent back something I bought, but it's been weeks and no refund yet. I've emailed them a bunch of times and haven't heard a peep back. Their customer service is just terrible, and I'm feeling pretty disappointed that I ever shopped with them.

    Quick and easy purchase

    Buying and downloading ebooks was super easy. But, I ran into a couple of problems with those annoying "services" that kept showing up at the bottom of the page and wouldn't go away. Plus, I couldn't figure out why some parts of the text were randomly disappearing. Luckily, I found a simple fix that works for me - just go back to the bookcase and then back to the book. I read my ebooks on an old Galaxy phone, so I'm glad I found a solution that works for me.

    As a customer who bought and used the mobile app, I just want to say I really liked it. It was so handy to have everything right on my phone without needing to use up plastic or paper. The app had a lot of helpful info that was easy to navigate. Even though there was a small difference between the app and the paper guide, it didn't bother me at all. I definitely suggest using the mobile app because it's easy and helps the environment by reducing plastic and paper use compared to the regular card and booklet.

    Awesome Hospital Bed

    I recently got a hospital bed and the delivery was quick and easy. The customer service was great and helped me make a decision. The "White Glove" delivery was okay - they put the bed where I wanted and set it up, but didn't really explain how to use it. I had to fix some electrical issues they didn't get right, which was frustrating. Despite that, everything turned out fine, and I now have an amazing bed that was definitely worth the price. I love it!

    Wedding backdrop purchase

    The shipping was so fast, and I got lots of updates which was awesome. The backdrop was even better than I expected! I was worried about glares, but the cloth-blend material took care of that. It was put under really bright lights at my wedding place, and the colors were so bright without fading at all. It was totally perfect, and I'm so pleased with how it turned out.     Four pants order for my son

    I gotta tell you, I had a terrible experience recently when I ordered four pairs of pants for my son. It was a total nightmare. Instead of getting everything in one package like I expected, I ended up with multiple packages arriving on different days. And to top it off, one pair never showed up, and I still haven't gotten my money back for it. On top of that, I've been charged several times for the pants I did receive. I paid for everything weeks ago, but like clockwork, I keep seeing new charges on my card every night for the same stuff. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but they've been absolutely no help. It's like pulling teeth just trying to get someone to fix this mess. I've talked to so many reps who all promised to take care of it, but here I am, facing the same issue. The incompetence from Children's Place is just unacceptable. They've caused me so much stress and financial trouble for no reason. This is the second time my account has been messed up because of them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

    Sleep tracker purchase with Bluetooth issue

    This company is a total scam, I swear. I bought this sleep tracker for $119 and, in less than a month, the Bluetooth crapped out on me. I tried to get some help from their customer service, which was a total nightmare. After exchanging nine emails, getting a bunch of useless responses, and being asked to send a video of the problem, they offered me a "partial refund" instead of fixing or replacing the dang thing.     Dual filter undersink unit

    I've been a loyal customer for around 20 years now. I started off with a counter top unit and ended up upgrading to a dual filter undersink unit about 8 years back. I gotta say, I've never really had any big problems with the products. Any small issues that did pop up were always taken care of pretty quickly, especially in the early days.

    This month, I finally ran into my first issue with the o ring in the undersink unit. But hey, I reported the problem on Monday and by Friday, it was all sorted out with a replacement. The filtration system is top-notch, giving me that clean and fresh water I love. And let me tell you, the customer service is just fantastic.
