Help and support
I've been trying to reach out to the customer support team several times, but they never get back to me. I even sent them a message on Instagram, but still no reply. Now I'm waiting for a refund, and I'm starting to worry that I won't ever see my money again. We really need to step up our customer service game around here!
Subscription renewal experience
I had such a hard time renewing my subscription with this company. Every time I tried to sign up for the free trial, it just wouldn't work right. It felt like they were tricking me, and I felt mad and confused. I used to use their services a lot, but now I'm let down by how they treat their customers. I'm not gonna pay for a yearly fee if they can't even get their free trial to work right.
Free trial subscription
I signed up for a free trial subscription for my daughter thinking it would be useful for a project. But I forgot to cancel before the trial ended. Now, I'm stuck getting charged $4.99 even though I've already closed my account and tried everything to stop the payments. It's really frustrating and feels like they care more about finding ways to keep charging me than making sure their customers are happy.
Pro Membership Disappointment
I just signed up for a Pro Membership but I already regret it. The website layout is a mess, especially when I'm using it on my computer. And I've noticed that the selection of stock photos has gotten smaller, which really seems like they're trying to push Shutterstock memberships instead.
Editing program disappointment
I've been using this editing program for years and it's always been top-notch. But the latest update was a letdown. They got rid of a bunch of features I loved and there's nothing to fill the gap. It's disappointing to see a great program go downhill like this. Looks like Ribbet is the way to go now.
Subscription cancellation
I was using PicMonkey for over ten years and loved it, but ever since Shutterstock took over, things went downhill. The interface isn't as easy to use, and the features I enjoyed are now harder to find. It seems like Shutterstock doesn't really get what made PicMonkey so great, and they care more about making money than keeping customers happy. I've had enough frustration, so I'm ditching my subscription and searching for a different photo editing tool.
7-day trial sign up
I signed up for a 7-day trial recently, but had some trouble when I tried to cancel it. Even though I canceled on the 7th day like they said, I still got charged two deposits of £1 each and another charge of £78. Before I got charged, I sent emails to three different PicMonkey addresses - support, info, and legal - just to double-check that my cancellation went through. Sadly, all I got was a generic response yesterday and another one today, and they still haven't fixed the billing issue. It's really frustrating to see them taking money out of my account when I've been trying to talk to them about it.
Subscription for editing software
I had the worst experience with this company. The software was all messed up and there was absolutely no customer service to help me out. I even tried to get some help during the 7 Day Trial, but it was pointless. I had to go as far as contacting the BBB and the Attorney General's office to try and get things sorted out. It's no wonder Google bought them out and then closed them down.
Best photo editing site
This website is awesome, I signed up for the free trial and it was amazing! I've tried other photo editing sites in the past, but PicMonkey is truly the best. The customer service is really helpful and honest, they fixed a payment issue for me immediately. I don't get why some folks leave negative reviews, PicMonkey is fantastic!
Unimpressed with the service
I've been using this photo editing service for years, but since they got rid of the Flash Player, it's just not the same. The prices are too high for what you actually get, and it seems like they don't really care about their customers. I'd suggest checking out other options for a better deal and more bang for your buck.
Subscription payment issue
I canceled my subscription a year ago and since then, I have been dealing with unauthorized monthly charges. I've tried multiple times to log back in and stop these charges, but I can't because I'm not getting the password reset email. It's clear that the company is still taking money from me even though I canceled my account. I contacted customer support for help, but they haven't responded yet. Dealing with this situation has been really frustrating and disappointing.
Free trial deception
The free trial this company offers is a total scam. They hook you in with the promise of making something for free, but then bam! They hit you with a paywall as soon as you're ready to download. It's a waste of time and energy, and their sneaky tactics make me so mad. I won't ever think about using their services again.
Photo editing website
This website is really underrated, I randomly found it and haven't switched since. The editing tools are super simple to use and you don't have to download any software. It might not be as fancy as Adobe, but it's definitely better than basic programs like Microsoft Paint. It's perfect for me, who isn't a professional editor.
Subscription renewal
I've been using Picmonkey for graphic design for like, over 5 years and it's been my number one choice. It's super easy to use and always comes through with amazing results for my social media and blog stuff. So, recently I had a problem when I tried to renew my subscription with my new credit card. But, Mimi from customer service was really quick to help me out. She explained everything that went wrong in detail, which was awesome. Not only did she fix the problem right away, she also gave me some refunds and kept me on a sweet deal with legacy pricing. The amazing customer service I got just made me even more loyal to the brand.
Subscription renewal issue
I tried out the free trial, put in my credit card info thinking it wouldn't renew, but I still got hit with a $74 charge even though I canceled it over a year ago and never agreed to a whole year's subscription. Customer service hasn't been helpful at all, they just care about getting that cash.
Frustrating experience with unreliable platform
The platform keeps letting us down, it's always having issues and causing delays in our work. It's pretty obvious that the service has gone downhill since they switched to the new version. I've been a customer for a while, and I'm really let down by how unreliable and inefficient it has become.
Premium tool issue resolution
I had a little issue with one of the fancy tools and had to hit up customer support for some help. They got back to me in less than a day, and even though they didn't fix it right away, once I gave them more details, they fixed it up quick. I'm grateful for how the customer support team paid attention to my problems and made sure everything ended up okay. I'm happy with how it turned out and I gotta give props to them for being so on the ball and making sure I was happy.
Pro version purchase
I'm really bummed out about switching to Shutterstock. The pictures just aren't cutting it for me, especially since I'm a pro user. It's a real bummer because I used to be a big fan of PicMonkey, but now I'm feeling let down by the limited image choices.
Annual subscription renewal
I've been using this service for about a year now, and I just ran into a billing problem because I updated my email and payment methods. But, when I reached out to customer support, they totally came through for me. They got back to me really quickly and gave me clear explanations and choices on whether to keep my subscription or get a refund. And get this - we worked it all out over email super easily. It was really refreshing to see such professionalism and commitment to making sure I was happy as a customer.
