canceling was a mess, but after a fight I did get the last charge refunded. I needed this tool for quick rental-property research while I’m moving and juggling a bad back, so I tried to keep things simple. The signup was fine, the product did what I needed. But when I decided to stop, the cancellation flow turned into a whole thing. It wasn’t one click. It wasn’t even two clicks. It asked me to downgrade, then a bunch of questions about why, then tried to upsell. I thought I’d cancelled, only to see a charge three months later (I was on quarterly billing). That was frustrating and felt unfair. I emailed support the next day and they replied with the usual policy language but then — oddly — made an exception and refunded the most recent payment. I appreciate that, honestly. Still, asking me to rate them in return for that refund rubbed me the wrong way. It felt like pressure after their confusing process. So yeah, I’m glad it ended okay and I’m grateful for the refund, but the experience could be so much smoother. If you’re trying it out, keep a close eye on renewal dates and screenshots of your cancellation steps. If they streamline cancellations, this would be a much easier recommendation.
Messy cancellation, but they eventually made it right
I worried beforehand for good reasons, the cancellation experience didn’t ease those doubts, but the support team did resolve the charge when I contacted them. I’m relieved and a bit thankful it didn’t end up costing me, even if the UX needs work. If you try this, be careful with the renewal date and triple-check that the cancellation went through. It’s usable for my day-to-day needs now, just not as smooth as it should be.

Package arrived late but customer support was helpful — they fixed and explained things. Happy it worked out; suggest faster shipping.
Quick turnaround, pleasantly surprised
Started skeptical because other services overpromise, but delivery arrived on time and support fixed my issue same day — knowledgeable and practical. Ordering was easy enough, price seems reasonable, overall satisfied.
Mid-signup doubts
Halfway through signing I had doubts about value, but the clear interface and tools quickly eased concerns, though not perfect.
Worth checking, with caveats
I almost skipped buying — sounded too perfect, but after a week using it to scout rentals my doubts eased. UI's a bit clunky, not perfect, but insights work.
