I was moving cross-country with a busted back, so I jumped on their demo — salesperson sounded great and I signed up hoping for an easy fix. The data didn't match my needs so I didn't end up using it. Tried every channel for support, radio silence for a couple weeks. Eventually they issued a refund and I was honestly relieved. Customer service was slow but the refund delivery saved it, so I'm grateful.

I mean, I wasn't using the tool much, but now I put that refunded cash toward weekend property scouring and quick morning checks, which is handy.
