The user interface over at Mashvisor is super easy to use. It made it a piece of cake for me to do the research I was looking to do. The resources they have on there are really helpful and taught me a lot about the real estate world and all the jargon that goes along with it. But, I gotta say, I think the prices are a little high when you compare them to other sites that offer similar services.
Investment property search tool
Mashvisor was super helpful for us when we were looking for our next investment property. We found a home with good Airbnb income potential pretty easily using their platform. We even tried out the free trial to check out other properties and were able to estimate ROI accurately. But, we got kinda bummed when we realized we were charged again a year later, even though we had cancelled our subscription. Mashvisor doesn't usually do refunds, but they said they could make an exception if we left a review. Despite this little issue, we think Mashvisor is a good choice for anyone looking for their next investment opportunity.
Being an investor;
I have to say, this tool really gives you all the information you need to figure out which property is worth investing in. It breaks down the income potential, rental support, and profit possibilities in a way that's easy to understand. I used it to help me decide whether to buy a property, and it was super helpful! I'm looking forward to using it again for my next investment.

I was really impressed with the service I got when searching for investment properties. Being able to filter by things like cash on cash return and easily compare properties that are on and off the market made the whole process super easy. The software is really impressive and easy to use. And on top of that, the customer service was excellent. They answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. I would definitely suggest this service to anyone looking to get into real estate investing.
