    Battery purchase for scooter

    I really appreciated how quickly your company responded, especially since I've been needing batteries for my scooter for a while now. I'm pretty good with fixing things, so I had no problem installing the batteries myself. But I can imagine that it might be hard for others who aren't as handy. It would be so much easier if the batteries came already installed or at least ready for installation, like they were when my scooter first showed up. That way, fewer scooters might end up being sold without batteries, since not everyone might know how to put them in on their own.

    I bought my first chair back in 2014 for the living room. Then, I got another one in 2022 for the den. I also bought one in 2023 for my son's house so when I visit, I have a comfy seat. And you won't believe it, I just ordered a fourth chair in 2024 for my bedroom. I guess chairs are spreading around now, except for the bathroom - no room for one in there, haha!

    Electric wheelchair.

    I just bought an electric wheelchair from Spinlife, and I'm mostly happy with how it turned out. But man, the delivery was a bit of a nightmare. The company they used wouldn't bring it to my place because of my gravel driveway. It was such a bummer when they called to set up the delivery. So, sadly, I had to cancel the order, even though I was so looking forward to getting my hands on that new wheelchair.

    Awesome Hospital Bed

    I recently got a hospital bed and the delivery was quick and easy. The customer service was great and helped me make a decision. The "White Glove" delivery was okay - they put the bed where I wanted and set it up, but didn't really explain how to use it. I had to fix some electrical issues they didn't get right, which was frustrating. Despite that, everything turned out fine, and I now have an amazing bed that was definitely worth the price. I love it!

    I had to get some new tires for my wheelchair so I went ahead and ordered them from Spinlife. The ordering part was easy and fast, and I got the tires pretty quickly. I was really happy with how much the tires cost, they were a good deal for the quality. In general, I was really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

    I can't believe how crazy slow the shipping was for my wheelchair order. It took more than 8 days just to get it shipped out! Meanwhile, my brother-in-law was stuck with his old busted wheelchair. When I contacted customer service for assistance, they were absolutely no help at all. I'm definitely going to shop somewhere else next time.

    I bought an electric wheelchair from this company and everything went smoothly with the order. But then, I had some problems with the wheelchair and when I tried to get help from customer service, I couldn't reach anyone. I tried several times to get in touch but never got a response. And when I asked for a refund, they just ignored me. To make things worse, the website shut down when I was trying to sort things out. This whole situation is not okay at all. I'm really let down by the service and won't be telling anyone to use this company.
