Frustrating prescription mix-up
I was so bummed with Contact Lens King when they got my prescriptions all mixed up and it ended up causing a delay in my order. I tried to send in my new prescription, but they turned it down because they were still looking at my old one. They couldn't even see the new document, so I had to send it again, leading to even more delays. And then, when I tried to send it over once more, they wanted me to do it by text or email, which is not very secure for personal info. This totally goes against HIPPA guidelines, and that's pretty worrying. Eventually I did get my order, but the whole process was needlessly drawn out and just handled in a messed up way.

Awesome Water Filter
I live in a place where the water is gross because of all the pollution around here. I was looking for a filter to clean up the water without making more plastic waste. After doing a bunch of research, I came across this awesome water filter that gets rid of all the nasties. I've been buying from them for a whole year now and their products are really great. And their customer service is top-notch. They really care about their customers and the environment. I'm definitely sticking with them for a while.

Pearls repair
The repair service at this store was just awful. Not only were the staff super rude, but they totally messed up my beautiful pearls. The whole repair job was done so sloppily and it's obvious they only care about making money, not making customers happy. Those pearls meant a lot to me, and now they're just ruined after that terrible experience at this store.

Overpriced passes
The tickets I bought for my trip to New York cost an arm and a leg at $539.60. I was looking forward to using them for four days, but when I got there, they were a dud. I sent multiple emails, and after what felt like forever, I finally got my passes. But they didn't offer any refund for the two days I missed out on. Their customer service and communication left a lot to be desired, so I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
