Overpriced low-quality product
I bought something from The Drop Clothing and man, what a rip-off. It fell apart after only a week of wearing it, and when I asked for a refund or exchange, they wouldn't budge. I'd steer clear of that place if I were you!
Hoodie purchase
I ordered a hoodie from this place and was really looking forward to receiving it. However, weeks passed and it never arrived! I eventually contacted them via email, and they explained that their inventory was incorrect, promising to refund me. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for that refund. I had to resort to reporting them to my credit card to get my money back. Just a heads-up - be cautious when ordering from them!
Shorts purchase

I recently bought this really awesome hoodie with amazing designs from this one place. But when I tried to reach out to them with a question, they never answered the phone! It feels like they don't really care about their customers. And to make matters worse, turns out they don't even have the items in stock, they just ship them from other places. And get this, the owner supposedly lives in Las Vegas but no one has heard of them there. It all seems pretty suspicious if you ask me!

I've reported them to the proper authorities for not following FTC rules. It's so frustrating to see them choose to be shady instead of being honest in their business. I ordered these really awesome jeans and t-shirt from this one place, right? But get this, after I paid, I didn't hear anything for like a whole week! Can you believe that? So, I decided to shoot them an email, but guess what? No response! Then, I tried calling, but their number was out of service! Like, seriously? They finally got back to me after I complained to my bank and the bbb. They told me it takes 10 days to ship and another week to get to me. I mean, come on, a whole month?! They took my money right away too! I canceled my order because waiting that long is just not cool. They said it would take "several days" to get my money back. We'll see.

I placed an order 10 days ago and still haven't gotten it shipped. I tried calling and messaging customer service, but no one has gotten back to me. I even asked for a refund, but still no response. It's not right for a company to not follow through with a sale. I'm thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I recently bought something from The Drop Clothing and it didn't fit, so I sent it back for a refund. I talked to a person named McKayla who said their refund system was down, but after two weeks, I still didn't get my money back. Instead, I got a fake invoice and lost $60. The shirt I ordered was really awesome, but I never received it! The customer service was terrible, I mean, "Antonio" was the absolute worst. They didn't even ship my shirt and I never got a refund. Don't bother spending your money here, find another place to buy clothes that actually arrive!

I had a pretty bad time with an online clothing store recently. I spent $120 on an order, but after 8 days it still hadn't even been shipped out. I tried everything to cancel it - calling, emailing, messaging - but I couldn't get through to anyone at the company. It was so frustrating and kind of upsetting because it felt like they were just taking my money with no concern for me as a customer. And to top it off, when I asked about my order on social media, they straight up blocked me on Instagram. So not cool and totally unprofessional. I really hope nobody else has to deal with this kind of mess.

Oh my gosh, I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I bought this shirt! It's been like three days now and I haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation yet. I tried calling the phone numbers they provided, but one goes straight to voicemail and the other one doesn't even work at all. I've sent emails and left messages, but no one has gotten back to me. These guys are seriously the worst, and now I totally regret purchasing from them. Definitely a warning to all potential buyers out there!
Discontinued Nikes Order

Ordered a deck through this shop because I had a coupon. On multiple deck listings on the site it said "All decks come with free black grip." I received my order a week later with no grip included. Sent an email and got a reply back from Mykayla and her reply was "We heard back from Krudco Skate Shop who said there was never any free grip tape that was supposed to come with this deck." Well I didn't order from Krudco, I ordered from thedrop.com. false advertising!
