    Treadmill purchase

    I purchased a treadmill from TrainInn and they gave me a wrong delivery date. They said it would come between May 3rd and 6th, but I knew that wasn't possible. Not only did they not deliver on time, but they also stopped communicating after taking my money. I tried reaching out to them multiple times, even messaging them on WhatsApp, but all I got were automated responses that didn't help me at all. It was really frustrating and a waste of my time. In the end, I had to cancel the order and get a refund through my credit card company. TrainInn can't be trusted and is unreliable, so I won't be shopping with them again.

    I'm really disappointed in how this company completely ignores ethical standards. They don't seem to care at all about lying and tricking customers, which is just not right. I've reported them to the proper authorities for not following FTC rules. It's so frustrating to see them choose to be shady instead of being honest in their business. When there's only one good review and lots of bad ones, it's definitely a warning sign. I want to warn others to be careful if they're thinking about buying from this company.

    InvisaWear emergency safety device

    I recently got my hands on an InvisaWear emergency safety device, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. Around the holidays, I get a little nervous walking through parking lots carrying gifts, but knowing I can easily call for help with my InvisaWear if I need to is really reassuring. And being able to chat with someone while I walk to my car or door just adds an extra layer of security.

    But, I do have a couple of gripes. First, the chains for the neck charms aren't as sturdy as I thought they'd be. I had to swap them out for stronger chains because they kept breaking. Second, I think having magnetic clasps would be helpful for older folks who might struggle to take the device on and off when bathing. Even if they're offered separately as an accessory, it would be a nice option to have.

    Overall, though, despite these little issues, I really do love my InvisaWear for the peace of mind it gives me.

    I ordered something from this website recently, and I was not happy about how they took 20% before I even sent in my stuff! I think they should be more transparent about that fee so people aren't blindsided like I was. It's just not right to advertise a 30-day refund but then take 20% of my money upfront.

    Necklace and pearl earrings

    I bought a necklace and some pearl earrings from Lily & Roo. When I ordered the wrong earrings by mistake, Olivia from customer service was super helpful and really made the exchange process easy. But then, one of the pearls on my new earrings fell off. Luckily, Olivia stepped in again and made sure a replacement was sent out quickly. I'm really impressed with how Lily & Roo takes care of their customers, and I'll definitely be coming back for more.
