    Transfer service for old tapes

    Man, that service was seriously terrible. They totally took forever to do my tapes and hardly kept me in the loop at all. I was so annoyed not knowing what was going on with my stuff. When I spoke up, they just brushed me off. It wasn't until I talked to the higher-ups that they actually got it done, but even so, the outcome was awful. I really should've taken my business elsewhere.

    Legacy conversion service

    I just tried out a legacy conversion service and I thought the instructions were really easy to understand and follow. It was a simple process, and it was nice to not have to worry about digitizing my memories. One thing I was a little unsure about was if I could add more stuff to the same cloud access as my original items. It would have been nice to know if there was an extra fee for adding more uploads each year. But, all in all, I was happy with the service and the final product turned out great.

    Quick and easy purchase for 2 items

    I really liked how easy and straightforward it was to choose LegacyBox for transferring my memories. They had a nice selection of options to pick from but not too many to confuse me. The price was fair, especially since I only had two items to transfer. After I picked what I needed, the box to ship out my items came quickly.     Discounted Purchase

    I decided to buy because there was a good discount, which made the price better for me. But then I saw some extra charges on my order that I didn't expect. Turns out, the discount was actually for a subscription service, but that wasn't clear when I was buying. I do like that they gave me three months to try it out, which is better than just one month. I'm happy with the discount, but wish they had been more upfront about the subscription.

    photo digitization box

    I just got this really neat box that can digitize all my old photos. It's currently on its way to me, so I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. But from what I can tell so far, it seems pretty awesome. My only complaint is that I wish they were more transparent about their discounts and the pricing seems to fluctuate randomly. I checked out a few other options, but this one seemed pretty solid overall.

    I'm so pumped to finally get my thumb drive back from the place I sent it to. They've been really great up to this point. It probably would have come back even quicker if I wasn't stuck up here in Alaska with my mail on hold.     At first, I was super annoyed because I was getting zero updates on my purchase. It felt like I was shouting into the void and nobody was listening. But once I got through to customer service, they cleared everything up. They walked me through the whole process and even hooked me up with a tracking number for my package. It just goes to show, information is king!

    10 VHS tapes conversion

    Converting my 10 VHS tapes was pretty easy. The instructions they gave me were clear and simple, which made it a breeze to pack up my tapes and send them off. The only downside was that there wasn't any packing material included in the box. Since I only had 10 tapes to convert, I had to hustle to find some good packaging to send them securely to the company. It would have been great if they had included some basic packing materials to keep my tapes safe while on the move.

    VHS to digital conversion

    I recently tried to get my old VHS tapes converted to digital files and it went horribly wrong. I had to wait for five long months, only getting occasional updates on how it was going. Finally, I was told that my tapes were actually damaged. I was crushed because those tapes held memories that mean a lot to me. The whole thing was just so frustrating, heartbreaking, and downright disappointing. I definitely would not recommend using this service if you care about your precious memories.

    I ordered something from this website recently, and I was not happy about how they took 20% before I even sent in my stuff! I think they should be more transparent about that fee so people aren't blindsided like I was. It's just not right to advertise a 30-day refund but then take 20% of my money upfront.

    Labeling and packing my box was a piece of cake, no issues at all. I was happy with the straightforward instructions that made it a breeze to take my box to the UPS store. The customer service was quick to reply when I had a question and their answer was super clear. It was cool being able to keep tabs on my account online, all thanks to the helpful directions in the pamphlet. I can't wait to get my memories back in digitized form and so far, I'm really happy with how it's all going.
