Expensive hat, damaged
I just bought this really expensive hat from this store and I gotta say, I am so let down by the quality. The packaging was terrible, so the hat arrived all messed up. And now that I have it in my hands, I'm starting to think it might not even be the real deal. It looks like it could be super cheap or even a fake. I'm definitely gonna reach out to the company right away to sort this out. Honestly, I can't believe they would even try to sell something so low quality.

Their system for tracking inventory is a mess - things show as available online but are actually out of stock in the store. I emailed customer service several times and got zero response. Trust me, if you want to keep your time and your sanity, stay far away from this hot mess.

I recently bought a custom hockey jersey for my son, and man, it was a mess dealing with that customization service. I went for the Send In program and got back a jersey with a huge name bar that didn't even match the jersey's color. I shelled out 119 bucks for hand-stitched customization, but what I got was a letdown and not worth the money. I tried contacting them through email multiple times, but didn't hear back at all. Seems like they don't care about customer service or quality. Honestly, all four jerseys I sent in had problems with the alignment of the name bars and numbers. It's obvious they don't take pride in their work, so I wouldn't recommend their customization services to anyone.
