When I booked my hostel stay using this website, I thought it was really easy to use. But one thing I noticed is that if you're not sure about your dates yet, it might be a little annoying because some hostels might not pop up in the search results if they don't match up with your chosen dates.

Printer ink purchase issue
The printer ink I bought was a total dud. The magenta cartridge was busted and started leaking all over the place, making a huge mess. I contacted the company right away to ask for my money back or a new ink cartridge. It's really putting a damper on my work because I can't print anything until all 4 cartridges are working right.

Trip booking to Cocoa Beach Resort
I recently booked a trip to the Cocoa Beach Resort through this company thinking everything was all good. They told me my reservation was good for 18 months, and I even got emails and payment confirmations to back it up. But starting in October, I've been having all sorts of problems trying to actually secure my spot. I kept trying and getting confirmation, but now they're saying the resort is no longer an option through the company. This lack of clear communication and all this incorrect info has really ticked me off and let me down.

My time at World Market was absolutely frustrating. I was on the phone forever with a customer service rep who just couldn't seem to understand plain English. And to top it off, part of my order was randomly cancelled because they said my credit card got declined, even though it worked fine for the other items. Their system for tracking inventory is a mess - things show as available online but are actually out of stock in the store. I emailed customer service several times and got zero response. Trust me, if you want to keep your time and your sanity, stay far away from this hot mess.

I got an eyeshadow palette from this makeup website, and it was pretty average. The colors were fine, nothing special really. The price was fair, so no complaints there. I just got a VoIP phone system, and dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. The extensions don't work right at all, and don't even get me started on the account reps - they're totally clueless. Every time I request to speak with a supervisor about the problems, they never follow through or call me back. The lack of professionalism and communication is really getting on my nerves.

Customized Hockey Jersey Purchase
I recently bought a custom hockey jersey for my son, and man, it was a mess dealing with that customization service. I went for the Send In program and got back a jersey with a huge name bar that didn't even match the jersey's color. I shelled out 119 bucks for hand-stitched customization, but what I got was a letdown and not worth the money. I tried contacting them through email multiple times, but didn't hear back at all. Seems like they don't care about customer service or quality. Honestly, all four jerseys I sent in had problems with the alignment of the name bars and numbers. It's obvious they don't take pride in their work, so I wouldn't recommend their customization services to anyone.

Staub cast iron stackable cocotte set
I wanna tell you about this purchase I made in December during a holiday sale that ended up being a huge letdown. So, I got this set of Staub cast iron stackable cocottes that had a bunch of problems like chipped spots and the finish color looking all splotchy. When I reached out to customer service looking for a replacement, it felt like I had to jump through a million hoops - they even made me take pics of the damage and submit them online. Even after doing all that, the communication about my replacement was seriously lacking. They kept making promises they didn't follow through on. And to top it off, I opened a box with the right color label, only to find a completely different color inside! It felt like they were trying to trick me into accepting the wrong item. The whole thing left me super frustrated and so disappointed with how unprofessional and sketchy their service was.
