I bought a product
The product is great, but man, their return policy is terrible! They won't take back anything, not even if it's broken. The item came in a box that was already opened, and now we're stuck with some faulty stuff that we can't even return.

I had a terrible experience with this website. I bought a watch from them, and after waiting for 5 days, they just randomly canceled my order without saying why. Seriously, like what's up with that? I was really looking forward to getting my new watch, but now I gotta start from square one. Not cool at all, dude.
Laptop purchase
I recently bought a laptop on this site and man, let me tell ya, I was so let down by how they handled the shipping. They said it would be here on a certain day, but it ended up being two days late. That kind of delay just doesn't fly nowadays when everyone wants their stuff ASAP. And on top of that, I noticed there are a bunch of shady vendors on this site selling fake stuff. It makes me question if anything on here is even legit.
Smartwatch purchase
I bought a smartwatch from this website, but got a used one instead of a brand new one. And to make matters worse, the delivery guy wouldn't take it back when I tried to return it. When I talked to customer service, they were no help at all and I ended up losing my money. Dealing with this scam was so frustrating.
Bluetooth headphones
I just bought some Bluetooth headphones from this site and it didn't go well. I got the wrong thing not just once, but twice! I tried to talk to customer service, but they weren't helpful at all. They wouldn't give me my money back, just a gift card to use on their site. That's not cool. And it seems like the sellers here aren't real, so it's not safe to shop here. Maybe check out Amazon or somewhere else instead.
Auto Cancel Order
I can't believe how incompetent this company is. I ordered something, and they just canceled it without even telling me why. How am I supposed to trust a company that can't get a simple order right? Their lack of communication and customer service is so disappointing. I'm definitely going to shop somewhere else from now on.

I just bought a laptop from this online store and gotta say, I was pretty happy with how everything went down. The website was super easy to use, and I snagged a sweet deal on the laptop I wanted. Ordering was a breeze, and they kept me in the loop the whole time about where my order was at. When the laptop showed up, it came quick and the delivery guy was nice and knew his stuff. One thing I did notice though was that some of the product images could use a little upgrade. They weren't all that clear, which made it hard to see everything about the product.

Cash on delivery order
I recently made a cash on delivery order through the app, and it was pretty frustrating. I got a message in the morning telling me to pay and tell the delivery person to drop off my package. Since I was going out, I decided to use UPI for the payment and even took a screenshot of the confirmation. But when the delivery guy showed up, he said I hadn't paid. I showed him the screenshot, but he said the system showed no payment. So, I called customer service, and they said it would take 24 hours to process the payment and get my parcel. Why didn't they tell me this in the first message? It's so frustrating when there's no communication. I've never had this issue with Amazon. Plus, the customer service person I talked to didn't help at all.
Old model Havells Purifier UV UF
I just bought the old model Havells Purifier UV UF from this website, and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed to get an outdated product. I tried asking for a new model to replace it, but the customer service was no help at all. The management didn't seem to care either. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from this site because they don't seem too worried about honesty or treating their customers right.
