The herb vaporizer is awesome for inhaling herbs cleanly and efficiently. I love how I can adjust the temperature to get the options I want. But, a few times, my herbs have actually caught fire in the device, which made the smoke harsh on my throat. It's super important to keep the vaporizer nice and clean and take slow, steady hits to prevent this problem.

Laptop purchase
I just bought a laptop from this online store and gotta say, I was pretty happy with how everything went down. The website was super easy to use, and I snagged a sweet deal on the laptop I wanted. Ordering was a breeze, and they kept me in the loop the whole time about where my order was at. When the laptop showed up, it came quick and the delivery guy was nice and knew his stuff. One thing I did notice though was that some of the product images could use a little upgrade. They weren't all that clear, which made it hard to see everything about the product.

Diamond bracelet purchase
The diamond bracelet I bought was really disappointing. It looked way bigger in the picture than it actually was. And to top it off, there was a knot in the chain when I got it that I had to untangle. The chain was so tiny, I couldn't even picture how someone with a bigger wrist could wear it without it being uncomfortable. Luckily, the other bracelet I got was amazing. Now I'm a little unsure about buying the other two bracelets I was thinking about getting, hoping they'll be better.

I've been trying to get a refund for some stuff I sent back 7 weeks ago, but still no luck. Every time I call customer service, they say they have the items and will give me my money back, but nothing's happened yet. Now they're not even answering my emails. Protein order with super-sized option
I've ordered from this company before, and this time I wanted to go big with my protein order. I was kinda bummed when I saw that the price went up with the larger size, even though it seemed like it was the same at first. The checkout process was a little confusing about that.
