I just got the Odin 640 lb 4-motor frame and I'm so happy with it. Michelle P from customer service was amazing. She knew her stuff, was super helpful, and made ordering a breeze. She answered all my questions and made sure the quote and order went through quickly. The frame is really solid and sturdy, great for my custom Walnut top. I couldn't be happier with my buy and would definitely recommend both the product and the service I got.

Easy and convenient process
I just bought something on this platform and it was so easy and convenient. The website was really easy to navigate, and I found what I needed right away. Checking out was a breeze, and I liked that they had different payment choices. But I was kind of bummed that I couldn't pay with Klarna right then. Giropay doesn't work with all banks, so I couldn't use it with mine. It wasn't a big deal, just a little annoying. They could maybe fix that in the future.

Herb vaporizer purchase
The herb vaporizer is awesome for inhaling herbs cleanly and efficiently. I love how I can adjust the temperature to get the options I want. But, a few times, my herbs have actually caught fire in the device, which made the smoke harsh on my throat. It's super important to keep the vaporizer nice and clean and take slow, steady hits to prevent this problem.

Laptop purchase
I just bought a laptop from this online store and gotta say, I was pretty happy with how everything went down. The website was super easy to use, and I snagged a sweet deal on the laptop I wanted. Ordering was a breeze, and they kept me in the loop the whole time about where my order was at. When the laptop showed up, it came quick and the delivery guy was nice and knew his stuff. One thing I did notice though was that some of the product images could use a little upgrade. They weren't all that clear, which made it hard to see everything about the product.

Lifetime subscription renewal process
I just renewed my lifetime subscription, and apparently it had "expired," according to James, the customer support guy. He let me know that the subscription needed to be renewed for free every 4/5 years and then handled the renewal for me. I really liked how efficient and clear the support team at this company is.

Protein order with super-sized option
I've ordered from this company before, and this time I wanted to go big with my protein order. I was kinda bummed when I saw that the price went up with the larger size, even though it seemed like it was the same at first. The checkout process was a little confusing about that. But all in all, I still think this website is awesome for getting all my protein stuff.
