Strange morning, I was excited to grab three Razer Gold 500 TL codes, so I ordered them last Thursday. Checkout was smooth and the confirmation came fast — felt good. When I tried to redeem one yesterday it was already used. That's the annoying part, and I'm a bit frustrated — support hasn't replied in three days and the seller's quiet. I liked the site's layout and quick payment, so I'm still hopeful they'll fix it. I want a refund or a working code.
Weird checkout, decent product
Halfway through the checkout I kept thinking this would turn into a headache — and, well, it did. I bought a game in Early Access and the key had issues; support shrugged and refused a refund even after I opened a ticket. Thirty days later they pulled 20 PLN for some "SMART" thing I never accepted. PayPal basically washed their hands. That said, once I got a working key and fired up the game the same night, it ran fine — bugs aside, it did what it promised. So the product works, customer service and billing are a mess.
Key drama finally settled
I was mid-install on a rainy evening when the activation failed and I knew something was wrong. Spent a while digging through screenshots and a slow chat with support that pretty much sent me in circles—asking me to get Steam to confirm the exact time, while Steam told me to talk to the seller. It was annoying. After a few days I got a refund through PayPal, and that’s the moment I actually relaxed. I use these keys for my nightly gaming sessions and the weekend LANs, so it mattered a lot. Not great service, but relieved it didn’t turn into a long fight, honestly glad it worked out.
Tricky start, decent finish
I first spotted this on a gaming subreddit after a buddy posted it, thought I was buying a single CD key and then saw a tiny monthly charge on my bank — classic facepalm. I panicked, watched a clunky YouTube cancel tutorial (don’t judge me), and messaged support as a last resort. To my surprise they replied, helped cancel, and refunded a month (not perfect, but better than nothing). The key arrived instantly, no wait. So yeah, read the fine print, but customer service actually fixed it and delivery was solid. I even tipped my friend.
Not worth the hassle
nice UI and fast delivery, but no solid guarantee and a refund that’s a pain to get. I get the appeal of a cheaper deal, and maybe some purchases go through, but I wouldn’t risk a big amount. My tip: if you try them, buy only a little and keep screenshots, or just use a safer seller. Annoying, but not totally unusable.
Shortcut gone wrong
it’s awful and that wasted hours. The site looks like a bulk-deal place but they don’t vet sellers; low-grade listings all over. On the plus side, customer support finally answered and refunded some of the cost, so I’m grateful for that — could’ve been worse. Also, somehow I ended up subscribed to a service I never opted into, which is sketchy. Math-wise it would’ve been cheaper to buy on the Steam market. Bottom line: saves time sometimes, but be careful.
Cheap but flaky
I probably won’t use Gamivo again unless price is the only thing that matters. They hide seller ratings (so you’re guessing who you’re buying from) and there was a tiny, easy-to-miss checkbox at checkout that would’ve signed me up for a paid "Gamivo Smart" thing — felt a bit shady. When my order acted up both the seller and Gamivo sent very generic replies and didn’t actually solve anything, which left me annoyed. I’ve paid a bit more at other places and had way better follow-up, so this felt like cutting corners. That said, the cost was decent and in the end I did get what I needed, so if you don’t want to fuss and don’t expect hand-holding, it’s usable.
Tipped it, not worth it
the full experience was messy. The game code eventually arrived (took way longer than advertised) and it worked, so that part was fine, but getting there required multiple tickets and patience. Then I tried the “random cheap game” deal that was shown as €0.60 — ended up paying €1.40 and getting something worth maybe €0.55. Complained about the bigger issue and they refunded only the base price, not what I paid for support or the so‑called service fee, which makes no sense. The site also pushes subscriptions and unclear pricing, so you feel trapped into extra costs. Customer service responds, yes, but they’re limited and slow; I feel bad for the person answering tickets. Overall delivery can work but it’s unreliable, and the support/refund handling is the real problem.
Clunky site, decent results (with caveats)
I started skeptical and some worries were justified, but the result was usable for me. My advice: double-check region and account settings, don't assume it's fully consumer-friendly, and expect to do a bit of legwork if things go sideways.
Duplicate product key
I got a duplicate product key from this website so basically I wasted my money. I reached out to customer support and they said they passed my issue on to the seller, but then my request vanished. After trying again with no luck, I found out I'm not the only one who got ripped off by this site. Just a heads up, be cautious about buying from them because they seem shady.
Premium Crunchyroll subscription purchased
I bought a one-month premium Crunchyroll subscription and got the code in my email super fast, like within a minute. It was so easy and smooth, no problems at all. Now I can start watching right away with no worries. I'll definitely be back for more purchases later on.
Video games and serial keys
I'm super happy with how this platform works. It's totally legit and reliable, and they always deliver my stuff super quick. Every time I order something, I get exactly what I wanted. And if there's ever a hiccup, their customer service team is on it right away. It's now my favorite website to buy video games and serial keys.
My purchase was a game key
Oh man, that website was such a hassle to buy from! The price just kept going up, and sometimes the taxes and fees ended up costing more than the actual game. I'm definitely not going back there - who knows what unexpected costs might pop up next time!
Quick purchase
I got my game code really quickly and everything was fine when I received it. However, I have to subtract one star because they tried to slip in a protection service subscription right before checkout! Also, keep an eye out in your spam folder for their emails, just in case.
Gift purchase
I just bought a gift for my partner from this website and I couldn't be happier with how it all went down. I scored a sweet deal thanks to a friend's link and got something really nice at a great price. The site was super easy to use, I had no trouble browsing and checking out. Everything went smoothly and I felt secure throughout the whole process. I'm really impressed with all the products they have and how simple it was to make my purchase.
Fast and easy transaction
My experience with this online platform was awesome! Buying stuff was super easy and quick. At first, I wasn't sure about trying it out, but now I know I'll definitely come back for more games in the future. The website was really easy to use, so I could find my way around without any problems. They had a good selection of games that matched what I like, so it was easy to find what I wanted.
Cheap game codes
I recently bought some game codes on this site and I had a pretty good experience. They have a lot of game codes at lower prices, which is awesome for gamers looking to save some cash. I've used the site a few times and never had any big issues with my purchases. But I did have a little trouble with region-locked codes, you need a VPN for that region to use them. It was a bit of a pain, but the money I saved made it worth it. The only downside was the SMART subscription they offer, it gets added to your bill automatically unless you say no. It's a small annoyance, but something to watch out for when buying on the site. Overall, my experience with this site has been good and I'll probably keep using it in the future.
Bought a game
Hey, so I found this really cool game on here that had a ton of options to choose from. But then I was surprised by this sneaky subscription called GamivoSMART that ended up charging me for something I didn't want. Just a heads up, be careful with that sneaky checkbox and remember to uncheck it if you don't want any extra charges.
Pricing manipulation
I had this crazy thing happen to me on this website that I just had to tell you about. So, I was checking out stuff and putting it in my cart when I noticed something weird happening with the prices. When I left things in my cart for a bit and came back to buy them, the prices had gone up out of nowhere. It felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on us to get more money. Turns out, places like Kinguin were messing with the prices. It wasn't a coincidence because the prices would go back down later on. It seemed like they had some kind of system set up to make people pay more when they weren't looking. You should try it out yourself and see what I'm talking about.
Game purchase on sale
I just bought a game on sale from this website and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience overall. The discounted price was awesome, but I got a little annoyed when they snuck a subscription package into my cart without asking me during checkout. Even with that little blip, the checkout process itself was easy and I got my game quickly after ordering. They've got a really impressive selection of games on the site, so I wouldn't mind buying from them again down the road.
