'Simply Raymond' eBook
As someone who loves reading eBooks, I've been getting digital copies from different online places for a long time now. Recently, I bought 'Simply Raymond' by the famous Chef Raymond Blanc from this one online eBook shop. Gotta say, I was really impressed with how easy it was to buy the eBook and then download it onto my favorite reading gadgets, like Adobe Digital Editions and my Kobo Reader. The eBook itself was a great read, full of touching moments as Raymond Blanc shared personal stories and his positive attitude in tough times, like dealing with his mom's passing and working through the challenges of Covid-19. The recipes in the eBook definitely caught my eye, and I can't wait to give them a try in my own kitchen soon. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and how everything went down with this online eBook site.

Faulty Earrings
I recently bought some earrings from this company, but they ended up being faulty. I emailed them twice about it, but haven't heard back at all. I'm really disappointed with the customer service, especially since I've spent a good amount of money on their stuff before. It's just really frustrating that a company selling pricey items can't even bother to reply to a legit complaint from a customer. I won't be shopping there again for sure.

I wouldn't recommend this company if you care about keeping in touch. It took them forever to pay up, all while staying quiet for months. In today's world, it should be a no-brainer that companies are open and communicative. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. AIG and Chubb, on the other hand, have no problem keeping their customers informed.

I bought a vegan bag at the Handbag Revival Sale, thinking it was eco-friendly, but it turned out to be made of PU material. The ad was deceiving, and customer service wouldn't take it back even though it arrived defective. Even though influencers and celebs endorse this brand, my $500 was basically just thrown away.

Effective and simple purchase
I was actually pretty impressed by the way the PC cleaner I bought actually worked. Normally, with these types of things, there's always some kind of catch or extra stuff you don't need. I was fully expecting to have to deal with that whole "free trial" thing where they ask for your credit card info before you can even use it, but none of that nonsense happened. This software did exactly what it said it would, and it got the job done fast and without any glitches. I'd definitely suggest it to anyone in need of a good PC cleaning tool.

But, I gotta say, I was really let down when I got my most recent purchase and saw that the watch box was pretty low quality. The lack of communication and slow delivery really left me feeling pretty bummed out.

I recently bought some clothes from the store and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how good the quality was and also the prices were great. The delivery went super smooth and quick, which I was happy about. But then I had a problem tracking a return and let me tell you, the communication really wasn't the best. I get it, times are tough right now because of the pandemic, but it was still a little frustrating. Despite that, they did eventually figure it out and I got my money back within 14 days. Overall, I'm happy with how everything turned out and I'll keep shopping there. Although next time, I might just return stuff in-store to make it easier and quicker to get my money back.

I just bought a pair of boots and, bummer, I found some little flaws in the finish when I checked them out. I contacted customer service and they were really nice and helpful about it. They agreed to swap out the boots right away, and a few days later I got a fresh pair that looked perfect. They even packaged it up all nice, which was a nice touch. Big shoutout to the customer service team for being so understanding and on top of things to fix the problem.
