    22 hour aligners

    I went with Byte for my teeth straightening and they gave me the best and most affordable option. The team has been super helpful and kept me in the loop throughout the whole treatment. I chose the 22-hour aligners to make sure my teeth wouldn't move back too quickly. Even when I wasn't totally happy with how my top teeth looked after using the aligners, Byte was understanding and gave me extra aligners to address my concerns. They really understood that everyone's teeth are different and they worked hard to help me get the smile I wanted. And the fact that they didn't charge me extra for the extra aligners shows how much they care about making their customers happy. I've only got one more month left of my treatment, but I can already tell that Byte has gone above and beyond my expectations and is helping me achieve the smile of my dreams.

    I've been a client of Byte for a few months now and I have to say, I'm impressed. Their online ordering system is seamless and easy to use. The customer service is also top-notch - any time I've had a question or concern, someone has been available to assist me promptly.

    Buying aligners from Byte was super easy and convenient. Everything from ordering the impression kits to making the molds and then ordering the aligners was laid out clearly and simple to understand. The person who helped me with the molds and my Byte Advisor were both really friendly and walked me through everything with skill and knowledge. Dealing with insurance was a breeze too, which made it less of a headache to figure out coverage. I definitely suggest Byte to anyone wanting a smooth and successful treatment experience.

    aligners treatment

    I just started using aligners and I've been at it for 7 weeks now. I gotta give it to them, the customer service is top-notch. They always reply to my texts quickly and have been super helpful. I did run into a problem with my treatment plan though. I needed a few tweaks for my bottom teeth, nothing major, but they couldn't make it happen. They wouldn't budge on it and didn't really give me a reason. I'm still sticking with it though and excited to see how my teeth will turn out in the end.

    Oh my goodness, the customer service was amazing! They answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed.     I had an amazing experience with the customer service at Byte. Even though they said my Invisalign trays would take 3-5 weeks to arrive, they actually came in a little over a week. I was really happy with how fast they got here and how good the trays are. They're super comfy and fit perfectly, so I can wear them all day without any issues.     I got my braces today and everybody there was so friendly and helpful! The process of ordering was a breeze and they made it really convenient for me. The only downside was that they didn't mention a discount until after I paid, but I'm still pumped to see how my teeth turn out.     I just have to say, Julian really made my whole experience so amazing. I was feeling a little overwhelmed, just 3 weeks after surgery and not really sure what to do.     Clear aligners

    As a customer, I think it's really important for the company to address all issues and do a review before asking for any payment. I just paid for my clear aligners six weeks ago, but then I got a message only four days ago saying that my aligners are being made and will be delivered in 4-6 weeks. I don't think it's right to not communicate well and give delayed information like that. Customers should know the process right from the start so they can have the right expectations and not get confused.

    I'm having a hard time with my aligners. They keep cutting my gums and tongue. I tried filing them down, but they just end up cracking. Plus, I only got one bottom liner even though I paid the same as people who get a new one every week. It's frustrating to spend a lot of money on something that's causing so many issues.

    I was really looking forward to getting braces from this place, but it turned out to be a total disaster. They told me I was good to go for braces, had me sign up for their credit card, and then out of nowhere, two days later, they were like "psych! You can't actually get braces here." Seriously, what the heck? So now I'm stuck with a useless credit card and no braces. Why couldn't they sort out if I was eligible for braces before making me sign up for their stupid credit card?

    Teeth whitening kit

    I recently bought a teeth whitening kit from them, and I have to say it was not a great experience. They don't have in-person scan locations, so you have to do the molds at home and send them by mail. The BrightByte whitening foam they give you costs $30, which is really pricey for basically just some water with peroxide and mint oil. Plus, they only have one pricing plan, even if you need a shorter treatment. On the bright side, their app is cool and the vibrating mouth tool is fun. If your first treatment doesn't work, they offer touch-ups, but it depends on if you got the insurance package or not.
