Frozen food disaster
I ordered some frozen food and it was a disaster. When my box arrived, there were no ice packs to keep it cold. I was at school, and my boyfriend tried to help by putting everything in the freezer, but it ended up smelling bad and had to be thrown away. I reached out to customer service, but they were not helpful. Nina just kept sending me automated emails with no actual solutions. It was really frustrating and disappointing.

Defective products
I recently bought a bunch of stuff from this company, and unfortunately, some of the products turned out to have issues. Within the first year of having them, some of the items stopped working properly. I tried to use the warranty for one of the items while it was still valid, but they didn't send me a return label, so I couldn't send it back for repairs. Now they won't honor the warranty for that item. Another time, a device broke down but I didn't realize how serious it was until after a year had passed. Even though it was still under warranty, I couldn't get a replacement because I only noticed the problem later.

Blu Bags in bulk

Account management issues
I've been dealing with some ongoing problems when it comes to managing my account, especially with making payments and combining accounts. It seems like there's a breakdown between different parts of the company or their systems, which is causing a lot of confusion and things to not run smoothly. I've tried reaching out multiple times and sending payment emails, but the issue still isn't fixed. Not having a specific account manager to talk to or a clear explanation is just making things more frustrating. It feels like I'm dealing with different companies instead of one whole organization.
