    Web conferencing service

    I'm loving this web conferencing service I found online! It's so cool because you can have as many meetings as you want for a set monthly fee. You can send invites, share presentations, work on documents together, and even record and watch meetings later. Plus, there's HD video for up to 6 people and it works seamlessly with MS Office. It's really user-friendly and has everything you need for a great virtual meeting experience.

    Unreliable platform

    This platform is always having problems with the connection, sound, and/or video. Even when everything seems to be working fine and my computer is in good shape, the microphone just decides to stop working out of nowhere. It's so frustrating because this platform crashes my whole computer, I can't even try to open a simple web page at the same time. I wouldn't recommend using it at all. It's super hard to keep up with my courses when it's constantly acting up like this.

    Online meeting platform

    The platform works OK, but man, the customer service is just awful. I had such a bad time dealing with one of their reps - she was about as helpful and understanding as my deaf great aunt from Pas-de-Calais. It's a bummer, 'cause the interface and guest management features are pretty good.

    Trying to buy something new

    Man, this website is seriously the worst. I've been trying to buy some new stuff for days and it's been a nightmare. Can't find an email address anywhere on here. And don't even get me started on their chat person - rude as heck just because I'm a loyal customer. Seriously, why bother having a business if you don't give a darn about us customers?

    This virtual meeting platform is a total scam. I canceled my subscription, but they kept sending me bills for 6 months! They totally ignored my request to cancel and just kept demanding payment. Dealing with their billing department is a total nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this platform.

    Short trial period for GoToWebinar

    This company is such a scam! I signed up for a trial account thinking I'd get a 14-day trial, like they promised. But then, just a week later, they hit me with a message saying my trial was already up. I went back to their website to double-check, and wouldn't you know it, they changed the trial period to only 7 days! When I tried to talk to someone in customer service about getting the 14 days I was originally promised, they flat-out said no. It's pretty obvious that all they care about is making money, not keeping their customers happy. I definitely wouldn't recommend dealing with this shady company.

    I get so much spam from this company, it's crazy. They don't seem to care at all about how annoying it is to get junk in your inbox. I had to set up filters just to get rid of their emails, whether they're real or not. Don't ever give them your email address, it's not worth it.

    That experience was terrible! The salesperson just wouldn't take no for an answer. I told him I only wanted a one-time set up, but he kept pushing for a year subscription. Then he got all upset and hung up on me. On top of that, he never even bothered to respond to my email. Customer service was the worst!

    We had a pretty bad experience with the virtual meeting software. The features were lacking and hard to figure out, plus the customer support wasn't much help and took forever to get back to us. Right now, we're looking at switching to a different company for our virtual meeting stuff.

    Contacted by a sales rep

    So, this sales guy reached out to me right after I filled out a form on their website. We talked and agreed on some things for them to take care of. I asked for some info on their international dial-in numbers, but then they totally disappeared on me. No response to my messages at all! I wouldn't suggest working with them, definitely got some sketchy vibes.

    I've been using this virtual meeting software as a customer, and I gotta say, it's been pretty reliable and efficient for hosting remote meetings.     I am really annoyed because this subscription service keeps taking money from my account without me knowing or agreeing to it. The way they handle billing is sketchy, and trying to get a refund has been a total nightmare. They make canceling the service super hard on purpose, with lots of steps and obstacles to deal with.     Remote meeting software

    In my experience with this remote meeting software, I have to say the customer service was not very helpful via email. The software itself is great - easy to use and gets the job done. But not being able to get support through email was a real pain. Every time I needed help or had a question, they just told me to call them. It felt kind of old-fashioned and inconvenient, especially for a company that operates online. It almost seemed like they didn't want customers to reach out for assistance. Even though the software is good, the lack of email support makes me think twice about using their services again.
