Mobile data VPN connection issue
I had some trouble connecting to the VPN with my mobile data, so I contacted customer support. Katie Rowland helped me out and she really went the extra mile to figure out the problem. Her directions were easy to understand and I was able to get connected to the VPN with no issues. I'm grateful for the great customer service and problem-solving skills that the support team showed.
VPN help
I've been having issues with my VPN in Russia, so I always have to contact customer support. They have been really helpful in solving the problems and are always friendly and nice to everyone. This last time, Emily Johnson assisted me and it was a great experience talking to her. Thanks!

I have had a really great experience using this VPN service. I haven't had any problems connecting to servers, thanks to how smoothly they work. The app and website are super easy to use, which makes it simple to customize my browsing. Plus, the customer service folks are amazing. A super cool VPN
The customer service at this VPN is seriously the best! The guy who assisted me, we'll just call him Brad, was so helpful and broke everything down in a way that made total sense to me. He was really friendly and clearly knew what he was talking about. I've never experienced customer service this great before, it was amazing! Quick and helpful customer service
The customer service team, especially Henry Owens, was super helpful and gave me all the info I needed. I had some questions and worries, but they took care of everything real quick and smooth. Owens even hooked me up with a custom deal that was perfect for me, which was a nice bonus. All in all, my experience with the customer service team at this company was awesome.
Troublesome account creation
I had such a rough time setting up my account because Paypal wasn't crediting me right. But thankfully, Gabrielle stepped in and helped me figure it out patiently. I really appreciate the quick and helpful service she provided!
Bypass problem solved
The guy who helped me out, Noah Davis, was great! He was able to fix my problem really fast. The chatbot was fine, but Noah was definitely more helpful. It would be cool if they could make the chatbot smarter in the future. But all in all, I'm satisfied with how everything turned out.
VPN service
Man, let me tell you about this VPN I got. At first, it was great - smooth sailing all the way. But then out of nowhere, I started having these major connection problems. It would take forever to connect or not work at all. And don't get me started on the Kill switch feature, it's a disaster. Randomly drops connection and sometimes activates on its own. Not cool, man. But hey, the tech support team was helpful. Spent an hour with them trying to fix things, but there are still issues. My connection is kinda okay now, but not as good as before. Hopefully, they'll iron out the kinks soon!
Easy upgrade from 1 month to 2 year plan
I just upgraded my subscription from a monthly plan to a 2-year plan and it was super easy. Norman Shelton, the customer service rep, helped me out quickly and efficiently through the online chat. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the whole process was. I decided to upgrade because I wanted to try the service on my TV and it worked perfectly. Refunded auto-renewed subscription
Tommy Ruell was really helpful, but unfortunately I found a better deal somewhere else so couldn't stick around as a customer. They did process my refund quickly though, so I had a pretty good overall customer service experience.

I was struggling to log into my account because of some 2FA problems, which, turns out, was just me being a little clueless. Noah was so patient and walked me through finding my recovery codes.
