    Better options

    Good to use your services,a better option of out of thousands offers .
    Apart from VPN which is not a big or new offer ,I had already using VPN provider.But offer and cost and security features is comparatively better one.
    What is security feature today, what is watching by me ,some other also watching what I am visiting .Additional features emails security ,one email misuse can shattered my whole business and my personal life story.
    I can't claim this is single service provider with similar offers but I am talking about last three years of whole services , unstoppable,secured and economical.This is up to customers how long you find it best for thrm

    VPN service

    Man, let me tell you about this VPN I got. At first, it was great - smooth sailing all the way. But then out of nowhere, I started having these major connection problems. It would take forever to connect or not work at all. And don't get me started on the Kill switch feature, it's a disaster. Randomly drops connection and sometimes activates on its own. Not cool, man. But hey, the tech support team was helpful. Spent an hour with them trying to fix things, but there are still issues. My connection is kinda okay now, but not as good as before. Hopefully, they'll iron out the kinks soon!

    I just wanted to share about my recent experience with a customer service rep at Surfshark. His name was Noah Davis and he seriously saved the day for me. I was struggling to log into my account because of some 2FA problems, which, turns out, was just me being a little clueless. Noah was so patient and walked me through finding my recovery codes. Seriously, his professionalism and help were top-notch. Big shoutout to Surfshark for their exceptional service, I'd totally recommend them and their awesome customer service team to anyone in need.

    Easy upgrade from 1 month to 2 year plan

    I just upgraded my subscription from a monthly plan to a 2-year plan and it was super easy. Norman Shelton, the customer service rep, helped me out quickly and efficiently through the online chat. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the whole process was. I decided to upgrade because I wanted to try the service on my TV and it worked perfectly. Now I feel like my money was well spent and I'm happy with my decision to upgrade.

    A super cool VPN

    The customer service at this VPN is seriously the best! The guy who assisted me, we'll just call him Brad, was so helpful and broke everything down in a way that made total sense to me. He was really friendly and clearly knew what he was talking about. I've never experienced customer service this great before, it was amazing! Oh, and I've been using this VPN for about 4 years now and it's absolutely fantastic.

    Quick and easy purchase

    Man, I just have to share about this awesome customer service experience I had, dude. I was talking to this guy named Lester and he was seriously the best. He spent a whole hour helping me figure out my account problem, and he was super nice about it. No attitude, no rudeness, just genuine helpfulness.     One+ subscription, incogni plugin

    I just signed up for a One+ subscription and I couldn't figure out how to find the incogni plugin. James Gonzalez really came through for me - he not only showed me where to find the plugin, but he also helped me with a problem I was having trying to use my bank's iPhone app while connected to Surfshark. His help was so valuable, and I really appreciate how quickly and effectively he assisted me.

    Canceling automatic renewal payment and renewing with discount code

    I gotta say, I just had the best time canceling my automatic renewal payment with the help of this agent. He was super quick to get back to me and he fixed my issue like that. And get this, not only did he help me cancel that automatic renewal, but he also walked me through renewing my subscription using a discount code I got. I gotta admit, the level of customer service I got was pretty darn impressive.

    Quick and helpful customer service

    The customer service team, especially Henry Owens, was super helpful and gave me all the info I needed. I had some questions and worries, but they took care of everything real quick and smooth. Owens even hooked me up with a custom deal that was perfect for me, which was a nice bonus. All in all, my experience with the customer service team at this company was awesome.

    Refunded auto-renewed subscription

    Tommy Ruell was really helpful, but unfortunately I found a better deal somewhere else so couldn't stick around as a customer. They did process my refund quickly though, so I had a pretty good overall customer service experience.

    The person I talked to was really nice and helped me figure out how to set up my subscription. They were patient and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. I was struggling at first but they walked me through it and I felt a lot more confident afterwards. I'm really glad I asked for help!
