Early January order
As someone who placed an order back in early January, I gotta say I am really let down by the lack of customer service and communication I've been dealing with. I waited patiently for over 5 weeks with no updates on my order, then finally reached out to customer service through email, and got no reply. I got so frustrated with the silence that I asked for a refund in May, but I still haven't gotten either my order or my money back. The automated emails I keep getting in response haven't helped ease my growing impatience at all.

Hard-to-find replacement part
I just bought a replacement part that was hard to find from RepairClinic, and man, let me tell you, it was not a great experience. I was all excited because their website made it sound like they had top-notch parts, but I ended up pretty let down. The support team wasn't helpful at all, and to make matters worse, the part I got was damaged. I really trusted this company, so it was a major bummer. I'd suggest thinking twice before buying anything from RepairClinic.

Flight booking and cancellation
Dang, I tried booking a flight but had to cancel it due to Covid. Can you believe the agency wouldn't refund me and only gave me a stupid voucher? I spent so much money calling customer service, but they were no help. Now I've got no tickets and no money. Ugh, thanks a lot AviaSales.

I bought 6 items, 2 were great, one was NOT the correct item as picture showed, 2 were too small, one item has not came yet. Returns are DIFFICULT! i would not recommend this company.,

The company withdrew money from my account but claims they do not have my order. They never sent confirmation email and will not mail the product. Also, star review would not allow me to choose 1.
