Complex flight booking
Even with all the crazy pandemic stuff going on, I was able to score some tickets through this online ticket site. I was all set to go on my trip in January 2021, a time when flights were being canceled left and right, airports were shutting down, and the rules were changing constantly. It was a bit of a headache dealing with my flights, so I decided to reach out to the ticket site for help since I couldn't get a hold of the actual airline. I was pleasantly surprised by how great their customer service was. They really went above and beyond to help me out. They stepped in, got in touch with the airline for me, and made things a whole lot easier to deal with. I just used this website to book my flights online, and it was really easy and fast. The site was super user-friendly, let me search for different flights and compare them without any trouble. Booking was quick and I got my e-ticket in my email right away. I was definitely happy with how everything went.
Filter transit without visa ticket purchase
I recently bought a ticket for my mom through AviaSales, choosing the transit without visa option. But when it came time for her flight, she couldn't get on the plane because the airline needed a visa for transit through Frankfurt. So, I had to buy a new ticket that cost twice as much. I contacted AviaSales for help, and after two weeks of emails back and forth, they basically said it was my problem and they couldn't do anything. They said they added a note about visa requirements to their filter, but we only saw it after we brought up the issue. I trusted AviaSales to make sure all the important details were right before booking with different airlines, but I was let down and now I'm out of money. I don't recommend using their services.

I do not get what is the hype with with site? Their prices are not that cheap compared to others and customer service doesn't exist as I sent them my concerns and nobody even bothered to reply.
Flight booking and cancellation
Dang, I tried booking a flight but had to cancel it due to Covid. Can you believe the agency wouldn't refund me and only gave me a stupid voucher? I spent so much money calling customer service, but they were no help. Now I've got no tickets and no money. Ugh, thanks a lot AviaSales.
