Super happy with my purchase
I was really pleased with my purchase. The guy I spoke with, let's call him Marcellus King, was super chill and friendly. He gave me all the info I needed and didn't mind at all when I bombarded him with a million questions. He even followed through and called me back when he said he would, which was great. I was a little hesitant about buying from this place at first, but Marcellus was awesome and put me at ease. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and I'll definitely be back.
Cheap flight booking
After getting jerked around by other sites playing games with prices, I was actually happy with how easy it was to book on this site. I ended up saving more than $600 on a flight for me and my buddy, and got a confirmation from the airline super fast. When I tried to pick our seats directly with the airline, I was put on hold forever. But when I called up customer service on this site, they picked up right away and got us our seats no problem. Definitely gonna use them again for my next trip.
Airfare booking experience
I really wouldn't recommend booking your flights with that company. I had a pretty rough time with them recently, where they charged me way more than if I had booked straight through the airline. And to top it off, their website made it seem like I was getting a regular economy seat, but it turned out to be a basic economy ticket with a bunch of annoying restrictions. The whole lack of honesty and misleading details really turned me off, and I definitely won't be using their service again.
Sketchy purchase
I ordered something online and didn't receive my e-ticket immediately. They ended up calling me, asking for more money, and changing my ticket. Then they told me they ran out of the item I originally purchased and requested more money. It was a complete mess! I wouldn't recommend using them!
Flight booking experience
I wasn't sure about booking on this site at first, but my agent, Dominick, really impressed me. He was so on top of things, making sure everything went smoothly for me. He even made sure my bags were included and checked up on me to make sure I was all set. The flights I wanted were way too expensive on the airline's site, but Dominick found me a great deal that was half the price. I'm super happy with the service I got and will definitely use this site again next time.
CVV Verification Email issue
I was so scared when I missed the CVV verification email for my flight the night before I was supposed to leave in the morning. But, Fernando from customer service really went above and beyond to help me out. He tried everything possible to make sure my flight was still good for the next day. Even when the call got disconnected, he called me right back with confirmation that everything was set for the same flight and no extra charges. Huge thanks to Fernando for saving the day!
Christmas flight booking
I just gotta shout out Landyn Watson, he's seriously the best! He hooked me up with a super affordable flight for me and my son to head home for Christmas. I was feeling hopeless but he never gave up and made sure everything was all set. He was so friendly and made sure all my specific requests were handled. Airfare purchase messed up
My girlfriend and I purchased plane tickets for a trip, but the names got all jumbled up and we couldn't even use them. We attempted to contact LookupFare multiple times, even spoke with a supervisor, but they refused to assist us. To make matters worse, Silver Airlines also refused to honor the tickets. We were planning to visit my sick stepdad, but now we can't because of this whole mix-up. I have to say, LookupFare is terrible and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone!

Hey everyone, just wanted to share that I made a mistake and bought my ticket through a US agent without realizing it. Thankfully, the customer service team was really fast in getting back to me and they even offered a full refund, even though I didn't take it. They're also throwing in a little bonus, which I think is pretty awesome. Really impressed with their customer service!

Multi-legged flight booking for girlfriend
I just booked this big ol' journey for my girlfriend, right? She was supposed to go from the DR to Panama City, then to Kingston, Jamaica, and finally to Montego Bay, Jamaica. But get this - even though I shelled out over 3 grand for the whole thing, there were some major issues with the confirmation for the flights there and back. It was a total mess, I tell ya. So my girlfriend got stuck in Kingston not just once, but twice, because the airline didn't have record of her flights being paid for. I could see all the effort Copa agent "Max Wilson" put into getting it all together, but then the ticketing department went and messed everything up. Frustrating, man.
E-ticket booking issue
My experience with Lookupfare was really disappointing. I booked my flights on their website and got a confirmation e-ticket. But, the day before my flight, I found out that Lookupfare didn't tell the airline about my booking and seats. I was in a stressful situation where I had to wait 14 hours for Lookupfare to fix the problem. To top it off, they even charged me an extra $100 for their mistake. I had to decide whether to pay more or risk having my trip canceled. I was shocked by their lack of responsibility and customer service. I suggest not using Lookupfare and going with a more trustworthy travel company instead.

I had a terrible experience with this company recently. I called their customer service number to ask about booking a work flight, and the person I talked to was really rude and unhelpful. He kept interrupting me, saying I didn't get it, and didn't give me the info I needed. When I asked for a supervisor, I was put on hold forever and then told no one was around to help. It was so frustrating and disrespectful - I won't be using this company for travel again.
