Refund confirmation request
I recently called customer service super late at night to cancel my ticket and get a refund of $500. After talking to a rep who promised me the refund, I still haven't gotten an email confirming that my money is coming back to me. I called multiple times to try and get this important confirmation because I didn't want to miss the 24-hour cancellation deadline with no refund in sight. Sadly, the last rep I talked to was not nice at all and didn't handle things professionally. They even hung up on me before I could fully explain my concerns. As a customer dealing with a time-sensitive issue, I was expecting much better treatment and a quicker solution.
