Easy assembly, great instructions, stylish chair, functional, popular with grandchildren
The whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Putting the product together was a piece of cake thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions. Not only does the chair look great, but it works really well too. My grandkids are always arguing over who gets to sit in it, which shows how much they love it. I just wanted to say thanks for creating such an awesome product.

Work flight booking
I had a terrible experience with this company recently. I called their customer service number to ask about booking a work flight, and the person I talked to was really rude and unhelpful. He kept interrupting me, saying I didn't get it, and didn't give me the info I needed. When I asked for a supervisor, I was put on hold forever and then told no one was around to help. It was so frustrating and disrespectful - I won't be using this company for travel again.
