Tried to cancel order
I attempted to cancel my order because it hadn't been shipped yet, but the company completely ignored me! I sent emails, left voicemails, and even tried their instant messaging, but no one responded. And now they're sending out my order without even asking me. It's so aggravating!

Hey there, I just bought a lift chair from this company to get ready for my knee surgery. The chair showed up on schedule and seems like it's pretty well made. Heat and vibration function disappointment
