Electric recliner chair
I bought an electric recliner chair for my upcoming shoulder surgery because I needed something with a remote and a lie-flat feature. Everything seemed great until I put it together and realized the remote just had buttons and didn't work how I thought it would control the back and legrest. I left a review sharing my disappointment. But then the company actually came through, sent me the right remote, and now it works like it should. Besides that little hiccup at the start, the chair is solid with good leather, and I can't wait to use it all the time. Shoutout to their awesome customer service for fixing the issue.
Message chair purchase
I gotta say, buying that massage chair from ASJMREYE was a breeze! The chair looked just like it did in the pictures, and ordering it online was a piece of cake. It was really nice when the delivery truck called to set up drop-off, it made everything so easy. Putting the chair together was a snap too, the instructions were super clear and it didn't take long at all. Me and my wife have been using it every day and we're in love. Hey there, I just bought a lift chair from this company to get ready for my knee surgery. The chair showed up on schedule and seems like it's pretty well made. Putting it together was a breeze because it came in just one box with two pieces. Can't wait to give it a try and see how it helps with my recovery. At first, I got a little nervous when I saw the charge was from a Chinese company, thinking maybe the product and company weren't legit. But to my relief, the lift chair was just as they said it would be, so my worries faded away.

Tried to cancel order
I attempted to cancel my order because it hadn't been shipped yet, but the company completely ignored me! I sent emails, left voicemails, and even tried their instant messaging, but no one responded. And now they're sending out my order without even asking me. It's so aggravating!

I recently decided to treat myself to this really nice recliner chair that I came across on the internet. In the beginning, everything was going well - the customer service was really good, the chair arrived quickly, and it looked amazing. However, after using it for a bit, I began to notice some problems. The footrest doesn't raise up high enough, my feet dangle off the edge when I'm trying to sleep, and the remote control is a real hassle to navigate. It's definitely not cool.
Comfortable, easy assembly, convenient for recovery
I just bought a chair that I really needed to help me recover after my foot surgery. It was super easy to put together, my grandson helped me and we had it set up in no time, like 20 minutes tops. I picked this chair out because it reclines all the way back, and that was important since I had to sleep downstairs while I was healing and couldn't make it up to my room. Let me tell you, that chair was so comfy! It was exactly what I needed while I was getting better.

When my 95-year-old pops came to live with us, we knew he needed some help getting around. So, we went online and found a company that had a good deal on a lift assist chair with free shipping. The chair got here pretty fast, but we saw a little flaw on it. Thankfully, their Customer Service folks were amazing and sent us a new part right away. The chair is really nice and super comfy. I'd buy from them again for sure.

The massages themselves are a bit robotic though, not as relaxing as those fancy expensive chairs. The warranty is decent but doesn't cover everything. Overall, it's worth it if you're looking for something affordable.
Heat and vibration function disappointment
The heat and vibration feature on the product I bought was really disappointing. The footrest having its own motor didn't even compare to how good the seat was. It was way too slow, so overall it was a letdown. On top of that, the return shipping costs were crazy high, making it not worth sending back. The customer service folks I talked to didn't help me much and even fibbed about what the product could do. But other than those problems, everything else about the purchase was fine.
Bonded leather lift chair
I bought this bonded leather lift chair about eight months ago, and it's been a real letdown. The leather is coming off like peeling paint, not what I expected at all. When I reached out for help with the warranty, they basically told me tough luck. And now they want $400 just for shipping if I want replacement parts, which feels like a rip-off. I've been trying to get in touch with them for three months now, but they just ignore me. All in all, my experience with this company has been pretty awful. I'd recommend avoiding them at all costs.
Recent chair purchase
I bought a chair from your store not too long ago and ran into some problems when it was delivered. The chair got here last week, but there was no paperwork at all, not even the warranty info. I thought maybe it would come separately in the mail, but I still haven't gotten anything. I'm kind of let down by the poor communication and lack of organization, especially as a customer.
Easy assembly, great instructions, stylish chair, functional, popular with grandchildren
The whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Putting the product together was a piece of cake thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions. Not only does the chair look great, but it works really well too. My grandkids are always arguing over who gets to sit in it, which shows how much they love it. Real leather recliner, misleading advertising
The company said their recliner was real leather, but only the seat and arms were the real deal. The rest was fake leather, and didn't even match the grain well. When I reached out to the manufacturer for a refund, they said they'd take it back but I had to cover the $450.00 shipping fee, which is half of what I paid for the recliner.
Broken recliner
My recliner broke a while back, so I reached out to the company in December. They were nice at first, asking for pictures and talking to an engineer to figure out the problem. They promised to send a piece to fix it, but after 2 months of going back and forth, nothing happened. They kept making excuses, first saying it'd come in 4 weeks, then after the Chinese New Year, then after Presidents Day. Now, they're not even replying at all. The chair looks nice, but it's just sitting there useless. It's been over 4 months now, and I've lost hope that they'll actually do anything. Their warranty is worthless, so I'd caution anyone thinking of buying from them. Big thanks to Veronica for helping me contact BBB, even though they couldn't get a response either. Shame on you ASJMREYE!
Foreign products, misleading branding
I've been pretty let down by this company. I thought I was buying something made in the USA, but turns out it was actually made overseas. The branding totally tricked me, and as a customer, I felt really deceived.
