I just bought my wife a massage chair from ASJMREYE and man, let me tell you, it was a great decision. She is obsessed with it and basically lives in it now. She deals with rheumatoid arthritis, so having the heating and massage options on the chair has really made a huge difference for her. Plus, the leather material is a nice bonus that makes the chair even more comfy. I've already told all my friends and family about how awesome this chair is, and I'll definitely keep spreading the word.
Real leather recliner, misleading advertising
The company said their recliner was real leather, but only the seat and arms were the real deal. The rest was fake leather, and didn't even match the grain well. When I reached out to the manufacturer for a refund, they said they'd take it back but I had to cover the $450.00 shipping fee, which is half of what I paid for the recliner.
Broken recliner
My recliner broke a while back, so I reached out to the company in December. They were nice at first, asking for pictures and talking to an engineer to figure out the problem. They promised to send a piece to fix it, but after 2 months of going back and forth, nothing happened. They kept making excuses, first saying it'd come in 4 weeks, then after the Chinese New Year, then after Presidents Day. Now, they're not even replying at all. The chair looks nice, but it's just sitting there useless. It's been over 4 months now, and I've lost hope that they'll actually do anything. Their warranty is worthless, so I'd caution anyone thinking of buying from them. Big thanks to Veronica for helping me contact BBB, even though they couldn't get a response either. Shame on you ASJMREYE!
Foreign products, misleading branding
I've been pretty let down by this company. I thought I was buying something made in the USA, but turns out it was actually made overseas. The branding totally tricked me, and as a customer, I felt really deceived.
Comfortable, easy assembly, convenient for recovery
I just bought a chair that I really needed to help me recover after my foot surgery. It was super easy to put together, my grandson helped me and we had it set up in no time, like 20 minutes tops. I picked this chair out because it reclines all the way back, and that was important since I had to sleep downstairs while I was healing and couldn't make it up to my room. Let me tell you, that chair was so comfy! It was exactly what I needed while I was getting better.
Electric recliner chair
I bought an electric recliner chair for my upcoming shoulder surgery because I needed something with a remote and a lie-flat feature. Everything seemed great until I put it together and realized the remote just had buttons and didn't work how I thought it would control the back and legrest. I left a review sharing my disappointment. But then the company actually came through, sent me the right remote, and now it works like it should. Besides that little hiccup at the start, the chair is solid with good leather, and I can't wait to use it all the time. Shoutout to their awesome customer service for fixing the issue.
Lift assist chair purchase for elderly father
When my 95-year-old pops came to live with us, we knew he needed some help getting around. So, we went online and found a company that had a good deal on a lift assist chair with free shipping. The chair got here pretty fast, but we saw a little flaw on it. Thankfully, their Customer Service folks were amazing and sent us a new part right away. The chair is really nice and super comfy. I'd buy from them again for sure.
New gaming chair
The customer service folks were seriously awesome - they helped me out with all my issues in no time at all! The chair is incredibly high-quality and feels amazing to sit in. It's like sitting on a cloud! And it was way cheaper than other places I looked at. Such a great deal!
Message chair purchase
I gotta say, buying that massage chair from ASJMREYE was a breeze! The chair looked just like it did in the pictures, and ordering it online was a piece of cake. It was really nice when the delivery truck called to set up drop-off, it made everything so easy. Putting the chair together was a snap too, the instructions were super clear and it didn't take long at all. Me and my wife have been using it every day and we're in love. Overall, we're really happy with how everything went down and ASJMREYE was total pros about the whole thing.
Massage chair purchase
Oh man, you wouldn't believe how awesome the massage chair is! Everyone in my family is obsessed with it and we're constantly arguing over who gets to use it next, haha. The delivery guys were really friendly and brought it right into our living room. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with this company and I would absolutely recommend them to others!
