Missing items, poor service
I'm so fed up with the terrible service I've been getting from this company. I made three different orders, and every single time, something was missing! When I called customer service about it, they had the nerve to say they didn't have the items in stock. I only got a small portion of what I actually ordered. This has been happening for over a year now, and I've had enough.

My new headphones
So, I got these new headphones because I love listening to music while I play video games. They are super comfy on my ears and the sound quality is awesome! Plus, they came in my favorite color so that's a bonus. I'm so happy with my purchase and can't wait to use them every day.

Return experience
I bought something and didn't really like it. When I tried to return it, customer service took forever to help me out. I had to keep sending emails again and again, and all I got was the same copied and pasted response each time! It was super frustrating! But then I requested to speak with someone higher up, and all of a sudden things started moving quicker. Hopefully, I'll get my refund soon.

Yarn and kit purchase
I just bought some yarn and a kit from this company, and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The colors were so bright, the packaging was nice and neat, and the instructions were easy to follow. But, I did run into a little problem with one of the kits. Even though I followed the instructions exactly, the final product ended up being too small for an adult like it was supposed to be. I had to add some extra rows, and even then, it only fit a kid.

Recent order disappointment
I just bought something from this company and it was a total letdown. I paid for shipping but my stuff never showed up, and on top of that, they didn't even give me my money back for the shipping fee. The customer service people first said it was missing, then later admitted it was out of stock. It was so annoying and disappointing, especially because none of it was my fault. I told them straight up I didn't want a discount code because I have no plans to shop with them again after they pulled this shady move.

I just bought some shoes from this store and had a really good experience. Ordering was easy and smooth, and the prices were fair. I felt like I got a good deal on the shoes I got. The service was great, and the delivery was super quick. What really blew me away was how fast customer service responded when I wanted to return the shoes. I contacted them and in no time, they sent me a shipping label. Their customer service really impressed me, and now I'll definitely keep coming back to this store.

Bluetooth headphones
I just bought some Bluetooth headphones from this site and it didn't go well. I got the wrong thing not just once, but twice! I tried to talk to customer service, but they weren't helpful at all. They wouldn't give me my money back, just a gift card to use on their site. That's not cool. And it seems like the sellers here aren't real, so it's not safe to shop here. Maybe check out Amazon or somewhere else instead.

Overpriced items from sellers
I gotta say, the delivery service is awesome! I love getting my stuff early. But man, let me tell you, I'm not a fan of some of those 3rd party sellers. Ichigo and Tokyo Mall? Ugh, they're the worst. Their prices are crazy high and don't even get me started on their shipping fees. Paying $100 for tiny things that are already too pricey by $5-10 compared to other sellers? No way, not worth it at all.

Beautiful wallpaper, black marks everywhere
The wallpaper was so cute at first, had a sweet design and everything. But then I saw those dang black marks all over it, totally wrecked the whole vibe. Super bummed out cause it wasn't even well-made, couldn't even scrub it off right. And top it off, the company couldn't care less about us customers! Now I gotta drop more cash just to make it right. They can forget about me ever buying from them again!

My cool speakers
I recently got these awesome speakers and I was so pumped to use them for my room dance parties. But man, the customer service was just terrible. I called them multiple times but nobody answered the phone. I even left a voicemail, but they never bothered to call me back. And when I tried reaching out online, they never responded. It felt like they just didn't care about helping me at all. So not cool, you know?
