Leather jacket and sneakers
So, I ordered this awesome leather jacket and some really cool sneakers from an online store. But man, it was a huge disappointment. Their customer service is just terrible. I had a problem with missing items in my order, and it took them forever to get back to me. And when they finally did, they were totally lying about trying to refund me. Like, really? Then I placed another order, a pretty big one, and they only sent me half of it. It's a shame because they have some really unique clothes, but their service is just really bad.
Dress and shoes for birthday party
I just bought a dress and shoes for my birthday bash from this store and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. They showed up right on time and looked amazing when I wore 'em to a fancy party at this big mansion in Miami. Got a lot of nice comments on my outfit. Only problem was, the fabric of the dress wasn't that great. It ended up staining the pricey bodysuit I had on underneath, which was a bummer. And the shoes, while gorgeous, weren't the most comfortable for walking - especially on stairs.
Online Order Issue
I recently bought something online and had a big problem with it. I'm super frustrated because the customer service has been really bad. I never got an email to confirm my order, so I had to call customer service for help. The person I talked to told me to email them, so I did right away. But then they didn't respond to my first email, I had to send a second one to finally hear back from them. They said my payment didn't go through and suggested I use Sezzle or Klarna instead. I don't get why I should use a different payment method when I didn't even get a confirmation code for my first payment. It's just confusing and annoying.
Scuba pants purchase
I recently bought a pair of scuba pants from this store, and I gotta say, the quality really let me down. The inseam and stitching of the pants actually gave me bruises and cuts on my thighs, both inside and out. It's such a bummer because I usually love shopping here, but this time I'm pretty frustrated about it. To top it off, the pants are final sale, so I can't even return them for a refund. Now I'm stuck dealing with sore thighs and I have no clue when they'll heal up. This whole thing has seriously changed my opinion of the store, and I'll definitely think twice before buying anything from them again.
Overpriced clothes, no returns for original payment
I was really let down by that clothing store. The prices are way too high, and on top of that, they won't let you get your money back if you return something in the store. Instead, they make you take store credit, which isn't helpful at all. It feels like they're taking your money right in front of you. And if you try to return stuff online, they still manage to take money out of your refund. Plus, you can't even change your payment or shipping info, making it super hard to adjust your order. It's surprising that a company nowadays can't handle simple things like canceling orders, especially if they haven't shipped yet. Amazon makes canceling orders so easy, why can't they do the same? Getting a partial refund would've been better than nothing.
Overpriced, poor quality clothes
I bought some clothes that were too expensive and not very good quality. The return policy is awful, and the customer service is even worse, especially at the store I went to. They wouldn't take back what I wanted to return, and only give store credit for returns. It's no wonder some of their stores are shutting down - the clothes are cheap and not very stylish, you can find better stuff just by searching on Google. I won't be shopping there anymore. #avoid
Booties
I wouldn't suggest buying stuff online from this company. I had a terrible time trying to order a pair of booties. They said my payment wasn't approved, even though it was showing up as pending in my account. Then when I tried to reorder, I got the same message. The person I talked to suggested using Klarna or Sezzle, which made me think this company might be shady. It's a bummer because I really liked those booties, but I won't bother with this company again.
Clothing items
I just got some clothes online and was super happy with how good they were. I'm down in Texas and don't really hit up their stores in person, so I always hop online to get their stuff. The only bummer is they don't take returns on sale stuff, which can be annoying since their sizes can be a little wonky.
Small clothes with sizing issues
The clothes from this company are really nice, but sometimes the sizing is all over the place. I got some stuff that was way too small, and I couldn't even return it because it was on sale. What's the deal with that? And have you seen how there are hardly any reviews on their site? It seems like they might not want people to share honest feedback about sizes. That's not cool - we need to help each other out with real reviews!
4 pairs of boots during Jan. 31st sale
I just made my first purchase from this store when they were having a sale. I got 4 pairs of boots. It was easy to place my order, and I really liked all the different styles they had. They didn't have my size, so I went for a bigger size and luckily it worked out. The boots arrived on Feb. 3rd, right on time like they said. Even though the sale is done now, I'm super happy with my boots and how everything went.
Clothing items and shoes
I just found this store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with their stuff. The clothes I got fit like a dream and looked just like they did online. And let me tell ya, the shoes I snagged are not only cute but also comfy - they're gonna be my new go-to pair. Kerastase Hair Products
I just bought some Kerastase hair products from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with how everything went. My order came right on schedule and all the products were real and new - I even double-checked the barcodes to make sure they weren't expired. The confirmation email I got right after I ordered made me feel good, and the delivery was super quick. I don't get why this company has gotten so many bad reviews because my experience was really great.
Recent clothing purchase
I really like the clothes I bought, but I gotta say, the customer service was not great. I contacted them with a question about my order, and the person I talked to didn't even ask for my order number before saying they couldn't help me. It was pretty disappointing how they didn't pay attention to the details or show a willingness to assist. Also, the shipping wasn't as good as other companies. Some places offer free express shipping for orders over a certain amount, but not this one. Even though I love the clothes, my shopping experience was lacking in efficiency and care. I'm just crossing my fingers that my stuff arrives on time.
Thigh-high boots and other items
Man, I gotta say I don't get why folks are griping about their orders. My first time ordering was amazing! I got everything I wanted, the sizes were just right, and those boots are seriously hot! I decided to splurge on two-day shipping since I had a trip coming up, and even with all the holiday craziness, my stuff showed up right on schedule. Big shoutout to the brand - I'm gonna be killing it in DC this weekend! Who says a girl from SC can't handle city life?
Black leggings with mesh cutouts
Oh man, I bought these black leggings with mesh cutouts from this store, and let me tell you, it was such a bad experience. First off, the website is super slow. I just wanted to get some cute leggings, not sit there forever waiting for the page to load. And don't even get me started on the prices - way too expensive. I love their styles and materials, but I can't break the bank for a pair of leggings. Plus, all the stores near me closed, so online shopping was my only option, which turned into a nightmare. I added the leggings to my cart, but when I checked back later, they were gone! Ugh, so frustrating. I'm definitely steering clear of shopping here again.

This store is awesome! I ordered something and it got here really quickly, no waiting forever like other places. The stuff they sell is really high quality, I'm so happy with what I got. I'm definitely going to shop here again!
Clothing and Accessories
My experience at the store was not great. I had high hopes, but I was let down because they use UPS for shipping in Hodgkins, Illinois. If you check out Google reviews, you'll see lots of people complaining about packages being mishandled and lost, which worries me because I want my orders to arrive on time and safely. Also, the customer service at AKIRA was not helpful at all. They seemed to just give scripted responses, which made me feel ignored and unhappy. Businesses need to focus on making customers happy and addressing their issues quickly and effectively, but AKIRA didn't do that while I was shopping there.

Jeans, footwear, tops, skirts in larger sizes
I've been shopping at this store for more than a year now, and I have to say it's my favorite spot for great deals on trendy clothes. Whenever I go in, I head straight to the clearance section in the back. The prices are amazing, starting at just $5 and going up to $10 and beyond. I've scored some stylish jeans, comfy pants in women's sizes 13-15 or a 12 (L/XL), sturdy shoes in a women's US 12, cute tops, and skirts of all lengths with high slits that are always on point. I've even found some cute stuff for my daughter here too. My only gripe is that I wish they had more options in larger women's shoe sizes. I usually don't have anything specific in mind or a budget set when I go in, but I always manage to find something good before I leave.
