Shoes
Hey, I ordered some shoes from this one place, and what do you know? They ended up sending me the wrong size! Can you imagine? And then when I brought it to their attention, they had the nerve to say, "Oh, you have to cover the cost of return shipping." Like, excuse me? This is your mistake, not mine! Now I'm dealing with their return policy that they won't even follow properly. It's such a hassle, all I want is the right size shoes!

Steak order
I ordered some steaks as a gift, but I was really disappointed with how everything turned out. The package showed up a day late, and by the time it got here, the steaks were already thawed out. There wasn't even an ice pack or anything to keep them frozen while they were getting shipped. The meat itself was decent quality, but the steaks were so thin that I had a hard time cooking them right. It was kind of a bummer because the thin cuts really affected how enjoyable the meal was. I was expecting more from a company that's known for their high-quality steaks.

Man, I gotta say I don't get why folks are griping about their orders. My first time ordering was amazing! I got everything I wanted, the sizes were just right, and those boots are seriously hot! I decided to splurge on two-day shipping since I had a trip coming up, and even with all the holiday craziness, my stuff showed up right on schedule.
