I wanted to ask about trading in a big hat I got as a gift. I get it if you don't do exchanges or refunds, but it would've been nice to at least hear back from you. Good communication is important in customer service, and not hearing back made me feel like you didn't care about me as a customer.

Steak order
I ordered some steaks as a gift, but I was really disappointed with how everything turned out. The package showed up a day late, and by the time it got here, the steaks were already thawed out. There wasn't even an ice pack or anything to keep them frozen while they were getting shipped. The meat itself was decent quality, but the steaks were so thin that I had a hard time cooking them right. It was kind of a bummer because the thin cuts really affected how enjoyable the meal was. I was expecting more from a company that's known for their high-quality steaks.

Trading software purchase
The trading software I bought from this store was such a letdown. It was supposed to give me accurate currency rates, but it ended up causing me to lose a lot of money. On top of that, it was super confusing to use and didn't help me do any better than other traders. I was really frustrated with my experience and wouldn't suggest this store to anyone.
