    Black Friday order mishap

    I had such a terrible experience with a Black Friday purchase I made recently. First of all, they set up my account under the wrong name, not mine. And then, they charged my account but didn't even send a confirmation email. When I called to fix everything, they gave me an order number and asked me to call back on Monday. But when I tried to check the order status, the number was gone, and I couldn't reach anyone on the phone to help me out. I definitely won't be shopping with them again after this whole mess.

    holiday package

    So I recently tried out this holiday package deal and honestly, it was just okay. The Top Sirloins were amazing - super juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. The Garlic rolls were so satisfying, I could seriously eat them all day long. The Apple Treats were absolutely delicious - crunchy on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside. But then, the hot dogs were a huge letdown, I've definitely had better ones at a gas station. And don't even get me started on the burgers, they were just average. The chicken breasts were tiny and lacked any real flavor, so why even bother, you know? Plus, the price was way too high, I could find better quality stuff for much cheaper at Sam's Club. All in all, not really worth it in my opinion.

    6 boxes of mixed meat

    I bought a lot of meat for Christmas, but it didn't arrive on time like they promised. And to top it off, they said I'd get half off coupons, but I never received those either! I tried calling and writing letters, but no one ever responded. Such a disappointment.

    Spoiled meat purchase

    I was a frequent customer at this restaurant, but when I got rotten meat in my last order, I was really let down. The smell was so awful I couldn't even cook it. When I reached out to customer service to express my disappointment, they didn't seem to care at all. I thought a place like this would have better quality control and service, so I decided to find somewhere else to eat.

    Recent order experience

    I ordered some stuff, but it was totally wrong and came all melty. I talked to customer service and they sent me a replacement, but didn't offer anything for the hassle. The second order came warm again after waiting 6 days. I called again and they said they would send another one, but I'm not sure if it will be any better.

    Omaha Steaks order

    I've been a customer of this company for a long time and I've always liked their products and how easy it is to order from them. But, my recent interaction with their customer service wasn't too great. Even though I'm a Gold Member and I buy from them regularly, when I called to place an order, the person I spoke to was really impatient and rude. They rushed me and even cut me off while I was talking before just hanging up. It was really disappointing, especially considering how much I've supported this company.

    Hey, I bought my friend some steaks for their birthday and it totally backfired. They included the invoice with the gift, seriously? I was going for a surprise here! And to top it off, no apologies or anything. Not cool at all.

    12 sirloins, $154.95

    I ordered 12 sirloins from this company and I was so disappointed. My order status said it was delivered on Dec 4th, but I never got anything. There was no photo to show it was delivered, and I'm always home with my dogs who would bark if anyone came to the porch. When I tried to report the missing order, they just sent me to the UPS claim page, which was really frustrating. There was no way to review or report the missing order on their website, and it left me feeling really upset and ignored. The lack of responsibility and customer service was really disappointing.

    Overpriced steaks

    I decided to give this company a shot because a friend suggested it. I ordered some steaks on March 9th, but by March 15th, I hadn't heard anything about my order. When I reached out to customer service, they said they tried calling me but claimed my number was wrong. How can they mess up a phone number? They also said they emailed me about a credit card problem, but I never got that email. My husband ordered from them three years ago without any issues, but it looks like their service has gone downhill. I told them I didn't want to try again, canceled my order, and won't buy from them again. It was really disappointing and frustrating.

    I ordered some steaks as a gift, but I was really disappointed with how everything turned out. The package showed up a day late, and by the time it got here, the steaks were already thawed out. There wasn't even an ice pack or anything to keep them frozen while they were getting shipped. The meat itself was decent quality, but the steaks were so thin that I had a hard time cooking them right. It was kind of a bummer because the thin cuts really affected how enjoyable the meal was. I was expecting more from a company that's known for their high-quality steaks.

    Terrible pork chops

    I was really looking forward to trying the pork chops from this place, but man, I was so disappointed. They were dry, didn't have any flavor, and honestly, they were a total waste of money. I've definitely had better quality pork chops from places like Sam's Club. Save yourself the trouble and skip these ones!

    Quality, frozen solid packaging, inconsistent delivery instructions, family favorite during Pandemic, promotions

    I've been a loyal customer of (Brand Name) for a while now, and I've always loved how reliable their products are. Every time I get my order, the meat is still frozen solid, which is great because it means it's fresh and ready to cook. But, I've been having some issues with the delivery carrier they use, which happens to be "Fedex." Even though I've left specific delivery instructions on my account asking them to ring the bell and place the package on the tables outside, they never seem to do it. It's been super frustrating, especially during the summer when having meat sitting outside for too long can be a problem.

    Gifted boxes of steaks

    I've been receiving gifted boxes of steaks from this company for a few years now, and I have to say, I am really disappointed with the quality. The fillets don't seem to be top-grade meat, there's no marbling and the flavor is lacking. They almost taste like liver, definitely not what I would expect from a premium meat provider. I suspect they might be prison or cannery grade, which is not at all like the quality meat I can get at my local grocery stores. The fact that they don't list the USDA grade just adds to my concerns about the quality. It's really disappointing that someone would gift me such low-quality meat, and often I end up having to give them to my dog or donate them.

    Prime Reserve cuts, multiple orders for gifts, sides, and desserts

    I've been ordering from Prime Reserve a lot since the pandemic started, and I have to say, their cuts are top-notch. The filets are just as good as ones you'd get at fancy restaurants, almost like something from Capital Grille. One thing I really like is that I can split up my orders and use different coupons for each shipment, which makes it easier to send gifts to different people. And let me tell you, the creamed corn, fries, and other sides they offer are so tasty. And don't even get me started on the desserts - the chocolate soufflés and apple tartlets are the perfect way to finish off a great meal.

    I can't believe I waited so long to try this place, but I finally did and was pleasantly surprised. I'm pretty particular about my food quality, so I was really impressed with what I got.     Omaha Steaks has been a letdown for me in terms of their customer service and product quality. Despite being a loyal customer for four years, they haven't given me the points promised on my membership account. The prices are sky-high, and I only bought from them because of their name. The products just aren't worth the steep cost, and they always manage to forget to include something in my order. I've tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times to fix things, but they never follow up. Once, my boyfriend called on my behalf, and not only did they not solve the problem, but they sent him a gift card for the missing items, with his name and address! Their lack of responsibility and care for loyal customers is just not right. I won't be buying from them again.

    Overpriced holiday meat

    The last time I bought from this company, I was really let down by the meat quality. A friend of mine had tried them before and had a bad time with their steaks falling apart on the grill. So, I thought I'd give it a shot and got some steaks and burgers, but had the same problem. It was pretty obvious to me that this wasn't top-notch meat, but more like a mix of cheaper meats pretending to be fancy. It was a big let down, like a holiday gift that's actually a disappointment. And then to add to the frustration, I later found out that people were going around my neighborhood selling the same low-quality meat out of their cars. The whole thing was just really annoying, especially since I paid a lot thinking it was something special for the holidays.

    Stroganoff Sauce with Beef Short Rib

    I was really let down by the Stroganoff Sauce with Beef Short Rib that I bought recently. When I opened it up, the smell was so bad it was almost rancid. It made me not even want to taste it. Unfortunately, the taste was just as bad as the smell - it was awful. The sauce was the worst part. Now I'm worried about trying the other things I bought at the same time. I thought for $39.99, it would be a good meal, but it turned out to be a waste of money on a low-quality product.
