    Attractive product with poor customer service

    I gotta say, my experience with this company was pretty disappointing even though their product seemed pretty good. I was really excited at first because their website was all slick and their ads were catchy, but man, their customer service was a letdown. I tried using their chat feature for help and ended up waiting for over 2 hours with no response. And when I finally called customer service, I was put on hold forever and eventually just got hung up on. Even my email inquiry went unanswered! It was just really frustrating and left me feeling pretty dissatisfied with the whole thing.

    I just bought some stuff from this online shop, and let me tell you, I was super happy with all the gluten-free organic goodies they had.     I rented a car for a day and everything was fine, but when I returned it, they tried to overcharge me. I was pretty upset about it and asked for my money back, but they refused. They even kept my deposit, which made me really angry. And to top it off, they're not even responding to my emails! So yeah, I wouldn't recommend going there, find another place to rent a car for sure.

    Oh my gosh, I got these really cute clothes online, but when I tried to send them back it was a disaster!     Incorrect jacket sent twice

    I ordered a jacket online recently, and let me tell you - they messed up...twice! I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but all I got was a bunch of unhelpful and unapologetic responses. And get this - they wouldn't even cover the cost of returning the wrong items so I could get a refund. Talk about disappointing! Needless to say, I won't be buying anything else from that company.

    I'm really disappointed with the client services at this publication. I've been trying to get my issues for three months now, but they keep sending them to the wrong address in their system. I've tried so many times to fix it, but the client services team is no help at all. It's frustrating that they can't even handle such a simple problem. It's crazy to think that even a kid could change an address easily, but these supposedly competent people at this company can't figure it out. Honestly, signing up for this newspaper has been a waste of my time and money. I paid for a service that I'm not even getting.

    Hotel Stay at Frankfurt Airport

    I stayed at a hotel near the airport in Frankfurt not too long ago and it was a really good experience. The only hiccup was when my fiancée left her jacket in our room as we were leaving. When I reached out to the hotel from the US, they were super helpful and quick in getting the jacket back to us. Yvonne, the Front Desk Operations Manager, went above and beyond to assist me. The customer service at this hotel really blew me away.

    Service Titan has been a game-changer for our company in ways we never even thought possible.     Tyler Childers concert tickets

    Make sure to do yourself a favor and print out your tickets before you head to the event! We almost didn't get into the Tyler Childers concert even though we had bought our tickets through this platform because we only had screenshots on our phone. The box office wouldn't let us in, which was super frustrating since we had traveled to be there. Thankfully, after a helpful phone call, we found out we needed physical copies of the tickets. We scrambled to find a printer, got the printouts, and finally made it into the venue on the second try. It was sad to see others being turned away because they didn't know about this rule. Not sure whose fault it is, but always make sure to have physical tickets on you to avoid any unnecessary headaches in the future.

But after five years, I've come across a ton of scammers trying to trick me into giving up my personal info. It's sad to see the kind of people on this platform going downhill - now it's hard to tell who's real and who's just out to cause trouble. I recommend others to be careful and keep an eye out for any shady behavior when talking to potential matches on here. Even though I used to think highly of this site, my opinion has dropped because of all the fake stuff going on.

    Replacement remote key fob

    The process of getting my replacement key fob was pretty easy. When the first one I got stopped working, I reached out to the company and they sent me a new one right away. However, I did have a little trouble explaining to the customer service chat that my warranty should cover the replacement too. After some back and forth, they got it sorted out. The new key fob works great, but it does worry me that the original one broke after only three months.

    I ordered a sweatshirt in size medium, but when it got here, it was way too big - more like an XL! And to top it off, the return shipping fees were crazy high and they wouldn’t refund them.     This company's customer service is a total joke. I bought a used game console from them, and it was a mess. The product I got wasn't what they said it was - there were major problems that basically made it worthless. When I tried to contact their online customer service for help, they didn't respond at all and were no help. It was obvious they didn't care about making customers happy or selling good products. I had to spend even more money to fix the console, which was a pain and a waste of time and money. I highly recommend avoiding this company, especially if you're looking at used electronics.

    Inflatable SUP purchase

    I've been with this company for about five years, and man, their inflatable SUPs are something else. The design catches your eye and the way they work is unbeatable. Our kids are obsessed with ours, they even gave it a funny name, "The Megalodon." These boards are tough as nails - they've been through so many water adventures with us. I love that this brand always comes through with top quality stuff, that's why I'll stick with them. Oh, and I had a little problem with customer service recently, but they sorted it out super fast and were really nice about it.

    Overpriced printer with connectivity issues

    Man, this printer was such a letdown. I spent all this cash on it, thinking it would make my life easier, but boy was I wrong. I tried connecting it every which way - WiFi, cable, you name it - but no dice. And to top it off, they didn't even give me a passcode to troubleshoot the darn thing. I even tried using the app, but no luck there either. In the end, I just chucked over a hundred bucks in the trash for nothing. Total bummer.

    Kipling bag

    My Kipling bag was such a letdown right from the get-go. The inside pocket broke just a week after I started using it, so keeping my stuff organized became a hassle. The strap lost its padding way too fast, and boy did my shoulder ache from all that rubbing. To top it off, the bag couldn't even fit all my school books and binders, which was a real pain. Luckily, I switched to a Jansport bag and it fits everything perfectly. I wouldn't suggest getting a Kipling bag after dealing with all its durability and functionality issues.
