Quick and Affordable Rental Experience
I recently used this car rental service and I gotta say, overall, I was pretty pleased with my experience. The prices were super cheap compared to other places I looked at, so it was a solid choice to save some cash. The only problem I ran into was with the confirmation process. I booked my car on a Saturday, but didn't get confirmation until Monday. That delay made me kinda nervous about whether or not my reservation actually went through, which was a bit stressful during the waiting time. Lucky for me, I held off on finding another option, but it definitely would've been nice to get that confirmation sooner. Besides that small hiccup, the service itself was smooth and the car was in good shape.
Car rental experience
I just recently went from Montreal to Orlando and had reserved a rental car for when I got there at 10 am. But, unfortunately, the shuttle that was supposed to pick me up didn't come. It turns out there weren't any shuttles from the HUB car rental service. When I got to the rental spot, they told me my reservation had been canceled. I contacted the car rental company and they got back to me right away. They quickly processed a refund for me. It's important to be careful when picking a service provider, but I can say that Car Rental 8 is top-notch. They were quick to respond and gave me fast service. I will definitely use Car Rental 8 again and recommend it to my buddies.
Excellent customer service
I recently had a great experience with a girl named Taneisha at this car rental spot, and let me tell you, she was amazing. She was super nice and friendly, and she really knew her stuff. She went out of her way to help with all my questions and made me feel like my business was important to her. She made sure I had all the details I needed before booking a rental. Her bosses should know what a great employee they have in her.
Best rates for long-term rentals
I thought the prices for a month-long rental from this company were pretty good. Their website was super simple to change my dates, but it did take a little while to actually get everything confirmed since they're just the middleman for the rental agency. Even with that, I've gone with them twice already and will likely do it again if it works out.
Car rental experience at the airport
My recent experience with renting a car at the airport really ticked me off. I had already reserved a car ahead of time, but when I got there, I had a big problem with where the rental agency was located. The agreement between the two countries that regulates the airport caused a lot of confusion and made it really inconvenient because there was no clear sign of how close the rental spot was. This lack of info ended up wasting a bunch of my time and made my travel plans even more stressful. People really need to be careful and make sure they know what they're getting into when renting a car at this airport to avoid any surprises.
Cancellation charge complaint
They charged me a fee for canceling my car rental without letting me know, and I couldn't get it removed. However, after seeing my review, they refunded the money, which was a nice gesture.
Car rental with sneaky fee
I rented a car and when I saw they added on this "no risk warranty" fee that I didn't ask for, I was not happy. So, I shot them an email to say it was shady and I didn't like it. To my surprise, they actually took it off without any hassle. That really made me happy and I thought they deserved a good review for being cool about it.
First rental experience
I've totally been burned by those tiny car rental places before, so I was happily surprised by the service I got from this company. The guy I talked to was super helpful, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident booking my ride. Fingers crossed this rental goes off without a hitch!
Failed credit card reservation
I recently tried to book a car with Car Rental 8, and man was it frustrating. I first tried to pay with the credit card they had on file, but it got declined not just once, but twice! Finally, I used another card and that worked. But, I was left feeling pretty uneasy after all that. The first credit card even sent me an email asking about the charge, and I had to explain that I used a different card. It was all confusing and just a big hassle, especially since I didn't have any problems renting from them at the same location last year. Needless to say, I'm not happy with how incompetently they handled everything.
Cheap price
I was really pumped to rent a car, but then they slapped me with this sneaky fee right before I was about to pay! It was super frustrating because I thought I was scoring a sweet deal, but then they tacked on this extra charge that I couldn't even turn down. Ugh.

I rented a car that I prepaid for online. I was unable to pick up the rental car due to the fact that I did not have a flight in or out of the Birmingham Airport! This was not disclosed in the Terms ... Conditions! Now, not only am I stuck at the airport but I was charged a $75 cancellation fee! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BUYER BEWARE!Car Rental

I rented a car that I prepaid for online. I was unable to pick up the rental car due to the fact that I did not have a flight in or out of the Birmingham Airport!
