    Easy-to-use website, best rental rates

    My spouse and I were trying to find the best deal for a car rental for our grandkid's high school graduation trip. We checked prices on a bunch of websites, even our profiles with big rental companies like Hertz and Avis, plus Enterprise, Expedia, and Kayak. The rates from this company were definitely the cheapest, so it was an easy choice to go with them. The real challenge will be if they can follow through on what they're promising!

    Rejected credit card, almost locked out

    I gotta tell you, trying to rent a car from this place was a total nightmare. I tried to book online, but my credit card info got rejected not once, but twice! And to make matters worse, my bank thought it was a scam and flagged my card. After the whole awkward phone call to confirm it was really me trying to rent a car, I made a third try and finally, it worked. The whole thing was such a headache and a waste of my time.

    I was really disappointed with the car rental company. I showed up four hours late to pick up the car I reserved, and even though it was there, they cancelled my booking. It just doesn't make sense to me. And to top it off, now they don't want to give me back the money I already paid for the rental.

    Quick and efficient car selection process

    Picking out a car was a breeze, and I found the perfect one for what I needed. But the choices were kind of slim, mainly stick-shift cars and just one SUV. The prices were fair, but I was a bit surprised that driving from Sevilla to Lisboa cost almost as much as my whole week traveling around Spain.

    Car rental experience at the airport

    My recent experience with renting a car at the airport really ticked me off. I had already reserved a car ahead of time, but when I got there, I had a big problem with where the rental agency was located. The agreement between the two countries that regulates the airport caused a lot of confusion and made it really inconvenient because there was no clear sign of how close the rental spot was. This lack of info ended up wasting a bunch of my time and made my travel plans even more stressful. People really need to be careful and make sure they know what they're getting into when renting a car at this airport to avoid any surprises.

    Car rental with sneaky fee

    I rented a car and when I saw they added on this "no risk warranty" fee that I didn't ask for, I was not happy. So, I shot them an email to say it was shady and I didn't like it. To my surprise, they actually took it off without any hassle. That really made me happy and I thought they deserved a good review for being cool about it.

    Unauthorized Fee Charged

    I can't believe how bold the guy at the car rental in Calgary was. I rented a car, and then I saw a charge of $300 CAD on my credit card for supposedly crossing a provincial border. They never mentioned this fee before I rented the car, and it wasn't in the contract I signed. It's definitely a scam, and I won't be dealing with them again.

    I recently had a great experience with a girl named Taneisha at this car rental spot, and let me tell you, she was amazing. She was super nice and friendly, and she really knew her stuff. She went out of her way to help with all my questions and made me feel like my business was important to her. She made sure I had all the details I needed before booking a rental. Her bosses should know what a great employee they have in her.

    I just recently went from Montreal to Orlando and had reserved a rental car for when I got there at 10 am. But, unfortunately, the shuttle that was supposed to pick me up didn't come. It turns out there weren't any shuttles from the HUB car rental service. When I got to the rental spot, they told me my reservation had been canceled. I contacted the car rental company and they got back to me right away. They quickly processed a refund for me. It's important to be careful when picking a service provider, but I can say that Car Rental 8 is top-notch. They were quick to respond and gave me fast service. I will definitely use Car Rental 8 again and recommend it to my buddies.

    I recently tried to book a car with Car Rental 8, and man was it frustrating. I first tried to pay with the credit card they had on file, but it got declined not just once, but twice! Finally, I used another card and that worked. But, I was left feeling pretty uneasy after all that. The first credit card even sent me an email asking about the charge, and I had to explain that I used a different card. It was all confusing and just a big hassle, especially since I didn't have any problems renting from them at the same location last year. Needless to say, I'm not happy with how incompetently they handled everything.

    I recently used this car rental service and I gotta say, overall, I was pretty pleased with my experience.
