I recently used this car rental service and I gotta say, overall, I was pretty pleased with my experience. The prices were super cheap compared to other places I looked at, so it was a solid choice to save some cash. The only problem I ran into was with the confirmation process. Car rental with sneaky fee
I rented a car and when I saw they added on this "no risk warranty" fee that I didn't ask for, I was not happy. So, I shot them an email to say it was shady and I didn't like it. Unauthorized Fee Charged
I can't believe how bold the guy at the car rental in Calgary was. I rented a car, and then I saw a charge of $300 CAD on my credit card for supposedly crossing a provincial border. They never mentioned this fee before I rented the car, and it wasn't in the contract I signed. It's definitely a scam, and I won't be dealing with them again.
