BUYER BEWARE!
I rented a car that I prepaid for online. I was unable to pick up the rental car due to the fact that I did not have a flight in or out of the Birmingham Airport! This was not disclosed in the Terms ... Conditions! Now, not only am I stuck at the airport but I was charged a $75 cancellation fee! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BUYER BEWARE!
