Mother's Day flower delivery
My experience with this flower delivery service was absolutely terrible. I ordered a gorgeous bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day, but the delivery just kept getting pushed back. It got so bad that it seemed like the flowers wouldn't even make it in time for Mother's Day. After a bunch of delays, I finally decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund. But even though they told me they processed the refund, I still haven't gotten it. The people I talked to in customer service were no help at all and just kept blaming my credit card company for the delay. This kind of service is just not okay, and I'm thinking about reporting them for being so unprofessional.

Black dress online
I'm so annoyed at how long it's taking for my dress to get here! I paid for express shipping and it's been over 8 days with no sign of it. When I reached out to ask about it, they just told me to wait 1-2 more days. It's so frustrating! It feels like they don't even care about their customers. I definitely won't be shopping here again.

Face palette purchase
I just got this face palette from this company and let me tell you, the colors are so natural and beautiful. It got here super quick and I was happy that I didn't have to pay for shipping. I had to place my order over the phone because of some tech issues, but Sue, the customer service rep, was amazing and really helped me out. This company is really on top of things and I can't wait to order from them again soon.

False Delivery Date
I ordered online with the promise of delivery in 3-5 business days, but it has been over a week and my order has not even shipped. When I tried to cancel, they refused and told me I had to wait for the order to arrive and then physically take it to a store for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous and deceiving.

Urine Powder
The customer service team was so rude to me about getting a refund or being able to return my order. It arrived late and I couldn't use it for my drug test. I had to buy a detox drink at a store because I was apparently "2 hours" past the 2 day shipping that i paid 33 dollars to get here in time. So it arrived on the third day. They don't care. They say to maybe read the terms and conditions first (who does that?) extremely unprofessional for a business to not even attempt to give a discount on my next order.
