Shooting range experience
My experience at the shooting range was awesome, all because of the super friendly and knowledgeable staff at this top-notch facility. As soon as we got there, they greeted us warmly and made us feel comfortable the whole time. They went over all the safety rules and procedures in detail, making sure we were all on the same page before we got started. They were really patient and attentive, especially with our friend who was shooting for the first time and feeling a bit nervous. But thanks to their guidance, they ended up having a blast. The place itself was spotless and well taken care of, which added to the great experience. I totally recommend this spot to anyone wanting a fun and safe shooting range experience.
Best online shopping deals you ever though of
I wasn't really much into coupons and discount offers.
I never really thought how much difference it can give when ulitzed well.
But we were going for some intense shopping before vacation, just thinking how to reduce some costs.

I just got this online deal for services and let me tell ya, the customer service was top-notch. I forgot my phone at home but the team was super cool about it and helped me out with payment. The owner really went out of their way to make sure everything was all good, showing that they really care about their customers and staff. It's not every day you come across personalized service like this, so I really gotta give props to them for going above and beyond.
Groupon purchase for a merchant in a specific location
I just bought something from Groupon for a store in a certain area, but I had a problem getting more deals for other stores in the same area. I contacted Groupon Customer Support and a guy named Prince helped me out. He was quick to reply, super nice, and understood what was going on. He gave me a full refund right away, which was great. But I kept getting offers for stores in that same area, so I ended up giving my experience 4 stars instead of 5.
IPL Photofacial
The customer service I got during my visit was amazing. I had never tried an IPL photofacial before, but Mikaela, the staff member helping me, was super helpful and made me feel at ease the whole time. The results were incredible, and I already know I'll be coming back for more appointments. The office was also really clean and welcoming, which just added to the great experience.
Carpet Cleaning Service Purchase
I love Groupon! I ended up giving it 4 stars because I bought a carpet cleaning deal, thinking it was for my city, but it turned out to be from a different state. By the time I realized, it was too late to get a refund, so I had to buy another one. From now on, I'll make sure to always double-check where the deal is coming from!
Swedish massage
I just had this awesome Swedish massage and seriously, it was so good! The masseuse, we'll call her Linda, was really nice and knew her stuff. She actually listened to what I needed and spent extra time on my neck and back to ease the tension. I felt so chill during the massage and felt like a whole new person when it was done. I totally suggest her services if you need to relax and unwind.
Misleading deal promotion for current customers
The deal I snagged was supposed to be a killer bargain, but when I took a good look at it, I saw that it only applied to new customers. I had to go to some lengths to get special permission to use it, but to my dismay, I found out it couldn't be used for any more buys in the future, despite it saying I could use it up to 3 times.
