Various electronic components
I've been a loyal customer of CPC for a few years now and I've always been happy with the products I've bought. The prices are fair and they've got a wide range of stuff to choose from. But, I did run into a couple of issues with my recent orders.

Large steel clamp
I was looking for a big clamp, so I checked out some reviews online and ended up choosing a steel clamp from CPC. It worked great for fixing the leg joints on three teak garden chairs. Now the chairs are good as new! This clamp was simple to use and worked really well.
Cool stuff
I picked up some awesome stuff from CPC, which was great. But the delivery was a total bummer - the guy didn't even bother bringing it to my house, just dropped it off at a store far away. To top it off, the store was only open when I was at school, so I had to wait until the weekend to finally get my hands on my order. It was not cool at all, man.
Box fan purchase
This company seriously is a joke. I got a box fan from them, and it arrived all broken with no packaging to keep it safe during shipping. It's obvious the quality is low and it looks like it was made in a factory somewhere. I reached out to customer support to return it, but they never got back to me. So, I just chucked the broken fan in the trash where it probably belongs. My advice: don't waste your money here, shop somewhere else.
Account login issue
I had some trouble logging into my account, so I had to create a new one. But even the new account wasn't working right. Luckily, the customer service folks were really helpful and got everything sorted out for me quickly. I was impressed with how well they communicated and how dedicated they were to fixing the problem.
