Jeans
I recently bought a pair of jeans from this brand and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the whole experience. The website was super easy to use and ordering was a breeze. I got two pairs of jeans - one came really quickly, while the other took a bit longer but the customer service team was on top of it and gave me tracking info right away. Even though it was a final sale, they were really nice and helpful when I reached out about a size issue. The jeans are top-notch quality, super soft fabric, and the designs are amazing. I'd definitely recommend checking out the fit details for each item, they give accurate measurements in inches for a better fit. All in all, I had a great time shopping with this brand.
Sequined mini dress
The customer service at this company was amazing. Olivia and April from the support team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect size after I lost weight. They helped me pick out a gorgeous sequined mini dress that I wore to my 50th birthday bash and got so many compliments on. Thanks to their help and knowledge, I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Unique, beautiful pieces, easy ordering process
I just got a gorgeous dress from this brand for my 21st birthday and I'm so happy with it. The dress is amazing, fits like a glove, and made me feel amazing. Their website was super easy to use and ordering was a piece of cake. I'll definitely be back for more stuff in the future.
First-time purchase
So, I tried ordering from this place for the first time and man, it was a total letdown. I accidentally made an order and tried to cancel it right away, but no dice - they went ahead and shipped it. Plus, when the stuff finally arrived, the sizes were all wrong. When I called up customer service to see what could be done, I got basically no help at all. The rep seemed totally uninterested and wouldn't even consider exchanging the items. It was frustrating, to say the least. Definitely not shopping with them again and I'm gonna make sure to warn my friends too.
Overpriced dress with falling rhinestones
I bought a dress from this company and man, was I let down by the quality. It looked so pretty on the website, but when it showed up, I could tell right away it was made with cheap stuff. The rhinestones were falling off after just a few hours, and it felt awful to wear. I tried to return or exchange it, but they shot me down real quick, saying they don't take back worn stuff. I'm out $1,200 on this lousy dress. After checking out other reviews, turns out I'm not the only one who got burned by them. Save yourself the trouble and don't order from Retrofete.
Rushed New Years dress
I messed up by ordering a dress for New Year's way in advance from this place, hoping it would arrive in time for my event. But, oh man, I was way off! They totally dropped the ball on getting my order ready and now I'm stuck without a dress for my big event. I tried reaching out to them, but they didn't seem sorry at all and weren't helpful. They didn't offer any solutions or even faster shipping choices. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your fancy event outfits.
Initial order disappointment
I was so let down by my time at this store. I sent back my first order and didn't get my money back. Instead, they only gave me store credit. I ended up using it to buy a dress, but it was late, didn't fit right, and was really low quality. I've never been so unhappy with something I bought. This company charges way too much for clothes and doesn't even try to make things right when they mess up. I won't be going back there, that's for sure.
Skirt for Christmas
I bought a skirt from this company for Christmas, but it didn't fit right. Their return policy is only 14 days, no exceptions for holidays, which was a bummer. I tried reaching out for help, but they wouldn't do an exchange because of their policy. I ended up feeling really frustrated and out $500+. I should have checked their customer reviews before buying. I won't be shopping with them again.
Black dress I bought, too small
I recently bought this black dress, but man, when it came, it was way too small on me! I tried to exchange it for a larger size, but it took forever for them to get back to me. And by the time they finally did, my size was sold out. The size guide was no help at all - it was totally off. Returning stuff is a pain too, there's no easy online way to do it. You have to wait forever for their customer service to respond, and they're super slow.
Black dress online
I'm so annoyed at how long it's taking for my dress to get here! I paid for express shipping and it's been over 8 days with no sign of it. When I reached out to ask about it, they just told me to wait 1-2 more days. It's so frustrating! It feels like they don't even care about their customers. I definitely won't be shopping here again.
Misleading dress advertisement
I was really let down by my recent purchase from this brand. The dress I got looked nothing like the one I saw in their ad. The color was way off, and the material was not at all what they said it would be. It was a total waste of my money and I felt like I was tricked by their false advertising. And on top of it all, when I tried to return the dress, they said no because I was one day late on their return policy. The customer service was unpleasant and not helpful at all, so I had to keep something I never even wanted in the first place. All in all, it was a terrible experience and there's no way I'm shopping there again.
Overpriced, poor quality dress
I was so excited to get my hands on that new dress, but man was I let down when it finally showed up. The fabric was super thin and the stitching was already falling apart. It was nothing like how it looked in the pictures online - looked way cheaper in real life. When I tried to talk to customer service about sending it back, all I got was a bunch of excuses and no help. Can you believe I dropped so much cash on that crappy dress? Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
Christmas pants
The pants I got were so different from the picture I saw online. They were awful quality and didn't fit right at all. And to top it off, dealing with customer service was a total nightmare. I tried to explain my situation - recovering from a torn ACL and surgery during the holidays - and they wouldn't budge on their strict 14-day return policy. All I wanted was store credit and they just couldn't handle it. It's frustrating to get such lousy service, especially from a high-end brand. Now I'm stuck with pants that don't fit and there's no way to send them back.
