    I just bought some loose diamonds and I have to say, the communication with the staff was amazing. We went back and forth a lot to work on a custom design, exchanging over 20 emails in just 4 days. The team really knew their stuff when it came to design, they nailed exactly what I had in mind. When it came to pricing, they had the best prices online for the diamond I wanted. They were also super transparent with their pricing, giving me all the details without me having to ask. The staff was so friendly and willing to help, even when I had some crazy requests for a quick turnaround. Overall, my experience with them was fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for loose diamonds.

    Two hoodies

    I bought two hoodies back on December 20th, but they still haven't shown up. The status of my order has been stuck on "being printed" for weeks now. I've been reaching out through email multiple times to check on my order, but I haven't heard anything back. I even had to get my bank involved to dispute the charge and reported the whole mess to the Better Business Bureau. It's so annoying to not get what I paid for and not hear anything back from the company.

    Faulty hair straightener

    My experience with the hair straightener I bought was really frustrating. I spent a lot of money on it, so I was surprised and worried when I plugged it in and it started sparking and smoking. I tried to contact the company through email right away to fix the issue, but all I got was an automated message saying they'd get back to me in 24 hours. It seems like this company cares more about selling products than making sure their customers are happy, since they haven't been helpful or quick in solving the problem. Overall, this has been a really annoying and disappointing experience.

    Fantasy sports experience

    Sorare is really cool because it's taking fantasy sports up a notch. I love being able to be the boss of my own team, especially since it's based on real-life stuff. The fact that the team keeps making things better for us players is awesome. I can pick from all sorts of global soccer, baseball, and basketball games, which is perfect for customizing my experience. All in all, Sorare is definitely the best fantasy sports option around.

    I had a really great experience with the food delivery service. Right from when I placed my order, I got clear updates on where my delivery was at.     Online grocery order

    I recently ordered groceries online from this place and it was not great. Some of the produce I got was already bad, which made me wonder how they're checking quality. Even though I said I didn't want their brand stuff, they still gave me replacements I didn't want. It's disappointing that they're not paying attention to what customers want and not giving us fresh, good stuff. I hope they do better in the future to make ordering online more enjoyable.

    The customer service at this place is terrible! I've been trying to reach them about an online order and they are impossible to get a hold of. I sent emails, waited forever on hold on the phone, and even tried to chat with them, but no one responded. How do they stay in business with such lousy customer service? It's just not right.

    I didn't know much about bean bags, but I decided to give it a shot. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The bean bag is so comfy once you blow it up.     Regina dress too big, poorly sewn at hips

    I ordered a Regina dress on November 27th, but ended up returning it just two days later. Farfetch is giving me some trouble with the return process because Retrofete sent them fake photos showing a damaged tag and a broken hook. I'm currently in the process of working things out with Farfetch to sort out this issue. My experience with Retrofete has been terrible - their quality is awful, they're not honest, and they use deceitful tactics.
