I had a really bad experience with this company. They were late, didn't bring enough people or trucks as they said they would, and ended up charging me extra for their errors. When I tried talking to the office about it, they were rude and argued with me instead of trying to fix the problem. It was just really frustrating and disappointing overall.

Timeline issues with delivery
The company totally dropped the ball on delivering my package from Europe within the promised 5-7 days. Can you believe it's almost Christmas and I still don't have my stuff? When I reached out to them, they had the nerve to say it's not their problem anymore once the package is out the door and I should contact the courier. I paid for the frame and shipping upfront, but it seems like they couldn't care less once they got my money. After going back and forth, turns out they didn't even give the courier my right phone number, so the package got returned to sender. Trying to talk to someone who could actually fix this has been a complete nightmare. It blows my mind that they messed up the info in the first place.

I bought these shoes thinkin' they'd fit, but they turned out to be too small. I was really bummed 'cause they were cute. When I tried to return 'em, I found out I had to pay for the return shipping, which made me even more upset. I definitely won't be buyin' any clothes from them again!

Wow, those dark chocolate truffles I picked up here were amazing! They were so rich and creamy, and they just melted in my mouth. I seriously could eat them all day, every day. And the packaging was gorgeous, it made me feel fancy eating them. The fact that they were handmade with natural ingredients just made them taste even better. I am absolutely going to come back for more!

I just bought some loose diamonds and I have to say, the communication with the staff was amazing. We went back and forth a lot to work on a custom design, exchanging over 20 emails in just 4 days. The team really knew their stuff when it came to design, they nailed exactly what I had in mind. When it came to pricing, they had the best prices online for the diamond I wanted. They were also super transparent with their pricing, giving me all the details without me having to ask. The staff was so friendly and willing to help, even when I had some crazy requests for a quick turnaround. Overall, my experience with them was fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for loose diamonds.

Office 2021
I just bought Office 2021 from this store and I have to say, I'm really impressed with it. It works great and was super easy to set up, thanks to the clear instructions. The software is really efficient and has helped me get more work done. The only small problem I ran into was that it was set to Italian by default for some reason, so I had to figure out how to switch it to English with the help of Google translate. But overall, it was a pretty smooth experience with the product.

Two hoodies
I bought two hoodies back on December 20th, but they still haven't shown up. The status of my order has been stuck on "being printed" for weeks now. I've been reaching out through email multiple times to check on my order, but I haven't heard anything back. I even had to get my bank involved to dispute the charge and reported the whole mess to the Better Business Bureau. It's so annoying to not get what I paid for and not hear anything back from the company.

Thick fashion clothing
The clothes from this company are really good quality and stylish. The fabric they use is amazing and feels so fancy on your skin. I bought a cardigan and a crewneck sweater, and I really love them both. They fit perfectly and the styles are so cool and different. Every time I wear them, I get tons of compliments, and I just feel great in them. And don't even get me started on the scarf mask - it's super soft and easy to breathe in, which is perfect right now. I'm just so happy with everything I got from this brand.

Faulty hair straightener
My experience with the hair straightener I bought was really frustrating. I spent a lot of money on it, so I was surprised and worried when I plugged it in and it started sparking and smoking. I tried to contact the company through email right away to fix the issue, but all I got was an automated message saying they'd get back to me in 24 hours. It seems like this company cares more about selling products than making sure their customers are happy, since they haven't been helpful or quick in solving the problem. Overall, this has been a really annoying and disappointing experience.

Beachfront location, friendly staff, great entertainment
The beach was just a few steps away from the back of the hotel, which was super convenient for us to relax in the sun and enjoy the sand and waves. The staff there were all really nice and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The entertainment was awesome, with belly dancing, a magician, and even a fun game where my kids won two days in a row! Huge props to Fifi and the Entertainment crew for keeping us entertained. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and they always restocked our water, tea bags, and toiletries. The security at the entrance was really tight, so we felt safe and secure. We're already counting down the days until we can come back in December 2024 for another amazing trip to Tunisia.

Matte primer, high performance naturals
I became interested in this brand initially because they said they used natural ingredients in their products. But when I got the matte primer I bought, it didn't meet my expectations. It felt really "siliconey," which made me doubt if it was really natural. When I checked the list of ingredients, I found dimethicone, a synthetic compound that could cause skin breakouts. I was pretty disappointed because it seemed like they were just pretending to be natural, which is called greenwashing. I felt like the brand's marketing was misleading, so I don't think I would buy from them again.

Regina dress too big, poorly sewn at hips
I ordered a Regina dress on November 27th, but ended up returning it just two days later. Farfetch is giving me some trouble with the return process because Retrofete sent them fake photos showing a damaged tag and a broken hook. I'm currently in the process of working things out with Farfetch to sort out this issue. My experience with Retrofete has been terrible - their quality is awful, they're not honest, and they use deceitful tactics.
