Backup solution for Windows 11
So, I made the switch from Mac OS to PC Windows 11 and man, was I surprised to find out that Windows 11 doesn't have a built-in automatic backup system. I mean, in the Mac world, Time Machine just does its thing in the background, keeping my stuff safe. But in Windows 11, there's no such luck. They suggested using OneDrive, but I don't really want all my private files up in the Cloud, you know? Plus, it's more like a sync than a real backup.
I poked around in the Control Panel and found this buried feature called System 7 backup, but it only worked for my internal drives C and D, leaving my external drive high and dry. I really like how this program has a 2-way sync feature. It's so helpful to be able to add new files to the backup and have old ones deleted automatically. Needed alternative to current backup software
I was looking for something better than what I was using before and came across this really neat backup software. We always make backups of the main drive on our computers and just move the other stuff to external drives. The AOMEI program makes it really easy to create these backup copies of the main drive. The family license we purchased is a great deal because it includes updates for life. Even though they display prices online without taxes, it doesn't bother me too much.

Hey man, if you're thinking about checking out these products or wondering if this company is legit, let me tell you, I'm an engineer and I bought these with my own money. I've used them at home and on like 240 computers at work. Every now and then there are some minor bugs, but it's usually due to those third party connectors for drives. Other than that, the software is awesome and has saved me so many times, I absolutely recommend it!
File Sync feature for transferring files from PC to SD card.
The File Sync feature in AOMEI Backupper is great for moving a bunch of files from various folders to an SD card. It works really well and is faster than just copying and pasting. Plus, the Schedule feature lets you set up automatic syncing at regular times, but some scheduling options are only in the paid version. All in all, I think this tool is super handy and flexible for managing files.
Backup software performance
I've been using this backup software for more than a year and I have to say, it's really impressed me. The fact that they keep sending free updates regularly shows that the company truly cares about their product and wants it to perform well. I use it for multiboot systems, which can be tough, but this software has been really reliable for me.
