Fixing my slow computer
My computer was running so slow and I was getting really frustrated! I decided to check this place out, and I'm really glad I did. The person who helped me was super helpful and patient. They really knew their stuff and fixed my computer in a jiffy. I was so happy with the service that I even got them a bunch of gift cards! Thanks a lot for helping me out, you guys are awesome! My son told me about this place and I'm really thankful he did. If I ever have computer problems again, I'll definitely be coming back here.
Fix computer, reinstall program
My computer totally crashed on me and I had to get an older CPU to replace it. But then, it turns out that I lost the reimage program during the switch. So I reached out to customer service and got hooked up with this guy Rex. Let me tell you, he was quick and on point! Rex got that program reinstalled for me and double-checked to make sure everything was running smoothly. Plus, he was so friendly and respectful. Seriously, he was top-notch. Couldn't have asked for better service than that!
My Experience with Reimage
I am a long-time client of Reimage and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with the company. Their software is top-of-the-line and has saved me countless hours of frustration by quickly and efficiently resolving any issues I have had with my computer. The customer service is also exceptional. Whenever I have had a question or needed assistance, the support team has been quick to respond and has always been able to help me resolve my issue.
BitDefender download and pop-up issue
I was having trouble downloading BitDefender and kept getting bombarded with annoying pop-ups. Luckily, I contacted the tech support team at this company and was connected with Robert L. He checked out my computer, figured out the problem, and then passed me on to Cindy P. She did her thing on my machine for a few hours and now I can use BitDefender without any interruptions from those pesky pop-ups. I'm incredibly grateful for their outstanding work.
Laptop repair and MS Outlook restoration
I was really struggling with my laptop, but then this awesome lady, Kathleen Q, totally saved the day! She fixed my MS Outlook and got it working again after it was being all glitchy since New Year's Day. Now my computer is running super smoothly and I have all the latest updates.
