Classic wardrobe update
The concierge was amazing, they really helped me try out some new classic looks that still felt like my own style. Delayed order, expedited shipping
I recently ordered some stuff from Clottech and paid extra for faster shipping since I really needed the items as soon as possible. But even though I shelled out for expedited shipping, my order never made it to me. I placed the order back in early February, and it's almost mid-March now. They gave me a tracking number, but when I looked it up, it didn't give me any useful info about where my package was. So now I'm starting to dispute the purchase because I still don't have the stuff I needed.

Overnighted item
I am so fed up with the terrible customer service I've been getting from this company. I paid to have something shipped overnight and it's been more than 5 days and it still hasn't shown up. Every time I try to call, I just get a stupid automated message saying there's nobody around to talk to me. And when I email them, all I get back is some generic response with a help desk ticket saying my problem is fixed, which is a load of crap because it's not. This is so frustrating and I'm definitely not going to be buying from this company again.

Trial subscription experience
My experience with the trial subscription was pretty disappointing. At first, they said I could try it out for 14 days without putting in a credit card, but then my card got charged out of nowhere. Turns out, the person before me had already used the free chat service on the same site, so they automatically took money from my card. I ended up losing $1300 and felt really frustrated and ripped off. I tried reaching out to customer service to fix things, but they weren't helpful at all and didn't solve anything. People should know about this problem to prevent it from happening to them too.

Reiss return process
After reading some really bad reviews about how returns work at Reiss, I gotta say, I went through a rough time dealing with it myself. The courier said they got my items, but it took getting PayPal involved to actually process the return. Once that finally got going, I did get my refund pretty quickly. But honestly, I don't think I'll be shopping at that online store again.
