Outdoor clothing
My experience with this company was really disappointing. They tried to seem like a friendly outdoor brand but I found them to be deceitful and untrustworthy. They made false promises about discounts and tried to push sales on items that were discontinued in weird sizes. It was obvious that they cared more about making money than making customers happy. On top of that, they hardly ever responded to emails, the shipping costs were super high, and their pricing was all confusing. I felt like they tricked me and I was totally put off by how dishonest they were. I really think others should stay away from this company and not get caught in their trap.

Holiday package
I'm a customer at Karmaloop, and I just bought a holiday package from them. Honestly, I'm pretty let down with the service. It's been more than a month since I placed my order, and I'm still waiting for my package to show up. I was really hoping to get it in time for Christmas, but it doesn't look like that's gonna happen. The fact that the company hasn't been keeping in touch or giving updates is annoying, and based on my experience, I wouldn't suggest purchasing from them.

Silk dresses purchase
I recently ordered a few silk dresses and I was kinda worried at first because I had seen some bad reviews, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The dresses are absolutely gorgeous, they fit really nicely and they're super comfy. It did take about 3 weeks for them to arrive, but I mean, they were coming all the way from China so that's understandable. I also had a nice chat with customer service about a dress that was out of stock, and they were really helpful. Overall, it was a good experience and I would totally buy from them again.

Ceiling lamp purchase
The ceiling lamp I bought showed up on time as promised, but man, the installation instructions were a mess. They were for a totally different lamp, which left me feeling so confused and annoyed. In the U.S., we know black is hot and white is neutral when it comes to electrical stuff, but this lamp had a blue and red wire - talk about confusing! The troubleshooting guide said if the light didn't turn on, the wires might be wrong. It was such a pain because the lamp is mounted on the ceiling, so I had to balance on a 9-foot ladder to fix the wires. After some experimenting, I hooked up the red wire as the hot one, and finally, the lamp lit up. Even though it was a rocky start, I'm happy with how the lamp looks and the light it gives off.

I just picked up a pair of high-waisted pants from this company and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. These pants have quickly become my go-to leggings.
