Lack of shipping communication
I just bought something from this company, and man, it was a total disaster. They didn't say anything about when my order would be shipped. I called their 800 number a bunch of times, but no one ever answered. Wish I had checked out some reviews beforehand - I definitely wouldn't have bought from them. No way I'm giving them my business again.
Oversized readers, incorrect strength
I bought a pair of readers back in July and they turned out to be way too big for my face and the strength was off. I sent them back right away to get a refund, but it's now September and still no sign of my money. I tried calling the customer service number on the website, but it's not working, so I can't speak to anyone about it. I did everything they asked for the return, but they claim they have no record of it. Dealing with this company has been a real headache, so I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you want a hassle-free refund process.
Three pairs of glasses
I was really hoping to love these glasses - I mean, I liked them so much I ended up buying 3 pairs. But man, they are just straight up terrible. Supposed to be adjustable to fit your head, but no matter how hard I messed with them, they would not stay put. They feel super cheap and flimsy compared to other brands I've checked out. Definitely would not suggest getting these, especially for the amount they're asking. Save your money and skip these, trust me.
Attractive product with poor customer service
I gotta say, my experience with this company was pretty disappointing even though their product seemed pretty good. I was really excited at first because their website was all slick and their ads were catchy, but man, their customer service was a letdown. I tried using their chat feature for help and ended up waiting for over 2 hours with no response. And when I finally called customer service, I was put on hold forever and eventually just got hung up on. Even my email inquiry went unanswered! It was just really frustrating and left me feeling pretty dissatisfied with the whole thing.
Magnified glasses disappointment
I ordered two pairs of glasses from this company, thinking they would help me see better and look good. But, when they arrived, both pairs were kinda weird, making it hard to wear them all day. I could only keep the sunglasses because they were a no return deal, so now I have to carry around another pair for actual regular wear. It was a letdown because I thought they would be awesome, but they weren't.
Online eyeglasses purchase
I was kind of bummed out about buying glasses online 'cause I didn't get a confirmation email for, like, two days. I probably should've looked into it more before I went for it, 'cause it looks like other people have had the same problem. So now I'm trying to get my bank to dispute the charge.
Returned glasses
I was hoping to snag some new glasses, so I decided to order a pair online. Man, when they finally arrived, they weren't even close to what I wanted! It was a total bummer, so I sent them back. But it's been forever and they still haven't refunded me. Can you believe they had the nerve to tell me to call my bank and argue the charge? Like, seriously?! All I want is my money back so I can buy some awesome glasses from somewhere else. My advice? Stay away from those folks unless you want to go through this headache!
Glasses
As a customer, I thought buying the glasses was easy and not a hassle. The glasses were really nice and just what I wanted. I was kinda bummed about how long it took to get to me though, shipping was slower than they said it would be. Overall, the glasses were good quality so it wasn't a big deal.
Recent eyeglass purchase
Man, these glasses are seriously the best pair I've ever had! They're super comfy and stylish. The lenses are top of the line, way better than other brands I've tried before. The frames are lightweight, so I can wear them all day long without any issues. The customer service is amazing - always so friendly and helpful. But man, not having those in-between magnification strengths really bums me out. It's frustrating and limits my choices. But at least exchanging or returning them is easy, even though the return fee kinda sucks. If they had more magnification options, I'd totally keep coming back.
Unfulfilled order
I ordered a pair of glasses from this company and never got them. I paid $78 for them, but they never came. I tried calling and emailing several times, but didn't hear back. Losing money like that is super annoying.
Three Sullivan frames
I bought three Sullivan frames from this company not too long ago, but they all ended up breaking within six months. I was really let down by the quality and reached out to the company about their warranty. Even though they say they back up their products, I didn't get any help or fix for my broken frames. It was just a huge headache and left me feeling really disappointed in the end.
Replacement pair of glasses
I was kinda unsure at first because of some bad reviews, but I reached out to customer service about a lens that popped out. I left a message and got a call back within an hour. They gave me a code for a free replacement pair. The new glasses came in about 2 weeks and I'm super happy with how fast and helpful the customer service was.
Wide glasses, frames don't hold adjustment
The glasses I got from LOOK Optic are actually wider than I thought they'd be, and the frames don't really hold their adjustment that great. It's kind of frustrating that they don't have replacement parts like hinges available, especially since they're on the pricey side. And on top of that, dealing with customer service was a bit of a letdown. I had some problems with discounts not showing up correctly and getting charged the wrong amount. Plus, not being able to talk to someone right away on the phone was annoying. Waiting for an email response can be a hassle and take forever.
Progressive readers purchase experience
I just bought some progressive reading glasses and man, they were a major letdown. The lenses were no good and the progressive thing wasn't as clear as I wanted it to be. On top of that, dealing with the company for returns was a headache. They were shady about it and made it hard for customers to send back their glasses, and then had the nerve to charge a fee for it. They're all about making money, not about giving customers good quality.
6 pairs of glasses, manufacturing defect
I just bought 6 pairs of glasses, all with a 2.0 magnification. Most of them were good, but the taupe frames had messed up lenses. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times and kept getting disconnected before talking to a real person. Finally, when I emailed them, I had to go back and forth with a rep who didn't seem to get what I was saying. They said they'd replace the glasses, but the new pair had the same problem. The lack of quality control and bad customer service has really ticked me off.
Prescription glasses
I just bought some prescription glasses from this company and man, I gotta tell ya, I am super bummed about the quality. These glasses look and feel like they're made of cheap plastic, and the prescription is way off. I've tried to get a refund by contacting them multiple times, but no one has gotten back to me. This whole situation has been really frustrating and just downright disappointing.
Stylish and comfortable glasses
I just bought some glasses here because they looked good and felt nice, but I'm kind of let down by how fast the lenses get all foggy. Plus, the customer service hasn't been much help and I can never seem to get my online account working right. I really hope they fix these things soon because I might have to find somewhere else to shop if they don't.
Progressive readers frames received with wrong lenses
I was really let down by the customer service at this store. I ordered some progressive reader frames, but got single vision lenses instead. I emailed them about it, and they sent me a replacement, but with the wrong lenses again. And now I can't even return them for a refund because of their exchange policy. It took them days to finally get back to me and try to fix the problem, which just left me feeling annoyed and unhappy with the whole shopping experience. I definitely wouldn't suggest this store to anyone else because of their bad customer service and lack of attention to detail.

Excellent products
Most difficult to find a good optic either online or in direct stores Since my college time I am changing my lenses and frames but never satisfied.Even coming to Look Optic I read so many reviews at many sites to know real fact
After all how all can write either negative it positive but surprised this is a high rated shop by all customers almost.
I also picked same Blue Light Lense to know practical fact.I can say yes this particular brand is really great .Don't know and also can't say about other ones ..Blue Light Laurel frame most suited I checked virtually.And on delivery I found it greater then virtual effect.Nice.
