Davines Love shampoo
I am really upset about my purchase from this store. I bought the Davines Love shampoo and right away I was suspicious because the bottle seal was not there. When I looked at it compared to my usual bottle, it was obvious that the product from this store was watered down. I am going to return it right away and I really hope they don't give me any trouble with getting my money back.

Quick policy purchase
I just bought travel insurance from this website. It was pretty easy and fast, but I did run into a couple of problems with the website. Firstly, it didn't automatically pull in my address and phone number from my iPhone contacts, which was annoying. Also, there was a glitch that made the website act up when I picked a date or option from a drop-down menu - I had to click "done" to keep going. Even with these little issues, I was still able to finish my purchase without any major problems.

The customer service at this company is just terrible. I ordered a part and was told it would ship within 4 days, but it didn't. I tried calling and emailing after 6 days to ask about my order, but no one ever got back to me like they said they would. After waiting almost 2 weeks, I had to cancel my order. The way they ignore customer concerns and don't communicate is really disappointing. I recommend not dealing with this company to avoid going through the same headache.

Poor quality clothing, misleading photos
The clothes I got online looked so nice in the pictures, but when they came in the mail, they were awful. The fabric was really cheap and the stitching was all messy. One top was even messed up with a twisted front. Turns out the company is based in China, which explains why they're so low quality. Now I'm having a hard time trying to send them back and I don't even know if I'll get my money back. Definitely a pricey mistake that I wish I didn't make.
