Refurb Router Table
I just got this awesome router table that was practically brand new, just had a little issue that wasn't a big deal at all. Saved $80 and even got free shipping! Only issue was UPS taking forever to deliver it.
Power tool set
I just bought a power tool set from this company, and man, the packaging was a letdown. When it showed up, it was in this beat-up original box with no extra protection. It really should've been put in another box to keep it safe during shipping. Even though the outside box was a mess, thankfully nothing inside was damaged.
Damaged product received
The product came damaged, so I had to call to start a return. I chose the sales option because returns weren't listed. Luckily, Chris answered right away and was super helpful and professional. He took care of my return and set up a replacement right away. I even got an email confirmation before we hung up. You can really tell a lot about a company and its staff by how they handle mistakes. Chris and the company definitely get top marks in my book.
A cool tool for my dad
I got this tool for my dad and it's really awesome! I've purchased items from this store before, and they always make sure to look after their customers. The customer service is very helpful, and the shipping is crazy fast - I received my last order in less than a day! I'll definitely be returning for more awesome stuff in the future.
Factory refurbished chainsaw
I just got myself a factory refurbished chainsaw from CPO Commerce and I couldn't be happier with how everything went down. I ordered it, and before I knew it, the package arrived at my doorstep in no time at all. The packaging was sturdy, and the chainsaw itself was in mint condition. Not only did I snag a great deal on it, but it also worked like a charm as soon as I took it out of the box. I am beyond pleased with my purchase and would absolutely suggest CPO Commerce to anyone looking for reliable equipment.
a cool tool
I recently got this really awesome tool from CPO Commerce, which was my second time ordering from them. The package it came in was a little beat up, but thankfully the tool itself was totally unharmed. It would be nice if they could improve their packaging for better protection though.
Portable planer

I bought a bunch of tools from this place, and most of them were reconditioned, which is cool because they work just as well as new ones! The people there were really nice every time I went in, so I would definitely recommend my friends to check them out if they need tools as well.
Tool purchase - Chainsaw, Oscillating Saw, Pole Saw
I just bought three tools from CPO Commerce - a Chainsaw, Oscillating Saw, and Pole Saw. They came in their original packaging and looked good. The prices were fair for brand new tools and they arrived super quickly, in just 2 days. I've shopped at CPO before and every time, I've been happy with what I've gotten and the service I've received.
Power tools
I just bought some power tools and I was really happy with how great the company's service was. Ordering was easy, no problems at all. The customer service folks knew their stuff and were quick to get back to me whenever I had a question. I was really surprised by how fast my order got to me, even earlier than I thought. Overall, it was a good experience and I wouldn't think twice about buying from them again.
Online tool kit
I recently bought a toolkit online from this website and it didn't go well. Once I placed my order, I got an email saying the item was out of stock and couldn't be sent. Despite that, I decided to try ordering again. But this time, I didn't get the discount I originally had. It was annoying to be punished for something that wasn't my fault. Then, to make things worse, I got an email from the company asking why I didn't use the discount. The lack of communication and mixed-up pricing just made me not happy with the whole ordering experience.

I always find such good deals at this place and I really appreciate how quickly they ship my orders for free. The prices just can't be beat, which is why I keep coming back here so often.
Makita mower purchase
I ordered a Makita lawn mower but then figured out I actually needed the self-propelled one. So, I shot off an email to customer service to ask if I could cancel the shipment. They got back to me quickly and said it was all good. A few days later, they got the mower back and gave me my refund just like they said. Then, I went ahead and ordered the right model, and it came on the same day. It's working like a charm. All in all, I'm really happy with the customer service from this company.
Bosch 18V tools purchase
CPO Commerce is definitely the go-to place for getting Bosch 18V tools. Their prices are better than other big mail order stores. When I got the tool, it looked brand new, which was a nice surprise. Plus, the shipping was quick and free, so the whole buying process was easy. I'll for sure be coming back to buy more stuff from them.

New tools bought
I just received my new tools and they came super fast! I opened up the package and everything looked great. I'm really looking forward to using them for my next project. Hopefully they'll release more tools soon, especially the 12v ones.
Hammer drill purchase
I recently purchased a hammer drill, and let me tell you, it's amazing! I had to put it to the test right away by drilling through 4 inches of hollow concrete, 8 inches of solid concrete, and 3.5 inches of brick - a total of 15.5 inches of drilling right off the bat. It worked perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased! Later on, I used it to install a dryer vent and it worked like a charm. This hammer drill has truly changed the game for me!
Makita tools set with 2 batteries and charger
I just bought this tool set online that came with two batteries and a charger. Everything looked pretty new and they've been working great for me. I can't really say how long they'll last yet, but so far I'm happy with my purchase.

I just bought some power tools from CPO Commerce and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the whole thing. Their website was easy to use, ordering was a breeze, and they kept me in the loop with updates on my order. The prices were fair and the quality of the products was solid for what I paid. Only thing that threw me off were some promo emails about tool lines I never bought from them before. But all in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would totally shop with them again down the road.
Cordless drill driver
I love this cordless drill driver, it's really handy in my collection of tools. Fits perfectly in my toolbox with all my other stuff. But man, I was bummed when I couldn't find any replacement batteries on CPO's website. It's a pain not having backups for my tools.
