Dr. Sacks is amazing at what she does in the veterinary world. She really cared about my pet during our virtual appointment and made a huge difference. I was in a tough spot when my dog had an eye infection and I couldn't find a nearby vet to help right away. Luckily, I found a service that offers same-day online vet care. I had a really great experience with the vet I found on Vetster. He knew his stuff and broke down everything going on with my pet Dexter. Yesterday, I went to the vet down the street and ended up dropping a bunch of money on blood work. But I wasn't totally sold on the diagnosis I got. Dr. Pinkleman was really good though - took his time, explained things well, and recommended a different plan. I was super happy with the service and will definitely go back there in the future.

I had an appointment recently that went really well. Picking a vet was easy, just clear and simple. There was a little issue with the audio during the appointment, but it got fixed right away. The vet I saw really put in the effort to make sure my pet was well taken care of. They showed real dedication and passion for their job, which was awesome to see.
Saved my doggie
My dog was super sick and I was freaking out. But Dr. Waters at Vetster was amazing - she listened to all my worries and made me feel so much better. Plus, she helped my dog get better too. Virtual vet appointment
I recently set up a virtual vet appointment for my pup because he needed a pain relief prescription. But to my surprise, I found out that the company had canceled the prescription without letting me know. This led to me having to schedule another virtual appointment, which cost me an extra $82, and it turned out to be totally unnecessary. My dog ended up suffering because of this lack of communication, and I am really disappointed with the service I received.
