Scheduled appointment for Vet, No show
I was really looking forward to this service, but man, was I let down. I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning, all ready for the vet to come and help out my pet. But guess what? They never showed up. I waited forever, trying to contact customer service for any info, but got zilch. It totally stinks to be in the dark with no explanation or updates. They promised a refund for missing the appointment, but if I wanted to reschedule, I'd have to pay again and cross my fingers for a refund later. This lack of responsibility and professionalism was pretty disheartening and made me doubt if this service is reliable.
Cat health advice
I just got some really helpful advice about my cat's health. They gave me tips on my cat's digestive habits and even talked about what to watch out for as she gets older with only 3 legs. It was super reassuring and really made me feel better about taking care of my kitty!
