Lola's virtual vet appointment
Dr. Ho was great and really helpful! Even though we couldn't do an ear swab, he still treated Lola's ear infection. Having the appointment at home was super convenient, especially with my hectic schedule. The app was really easy to use, from beginning to end!

I was in a tough spot when my dog had an eye infection and I couldn't find a nearby vet to help right away. Luckily, I found a service that offers same-day online vet care. It was a huge relief to be able to get top-notch treatment without even leaving the house. The vet we saw, Dr. M. Sacks, was not only really professional, but also super friendly and knew their stuff. Plus, they delivered the medication we needed, which was awesome. Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be using this service again.

Hey, so I decided to give a virtual vet appointment a shot, and I gotta say, it was actually pretty cool. The first vet didn't show up for my cat's appointment, which was a real letdown, but I reached out to customer service and they fixed it up real quick. Scheduled appointment for Vet, No show
I was really looking forward to this service, but man, was I let down. I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning, all ready for the vet to come and help out my pet. But guess what? They never showed up. I waited forever, trying to contact customer service for any info, but got zilch. It totally stinks to be in the dark with no explanation or updates. They promised a refund for missing the appointment, but if I wanted to reschedule, I'd have to pay again and cross my fingers for a refund later. This lack of responsibility and professionalism was pretty disheartening and made me doubt if this service is reliable.
