Trip booking experience
I was really let down by the trip I booked through this company. I had everything set up, but then out of nowhere they canceled it and didn't give me any sort of refund or credit. Their customer service was basically MIA - couldn't get anyone on the phone, and they were no help at all in sorting out the problem with my booking. It totally messed up our family vacation and just added a bunch of stress because they wouldn't communicate or take responsibility for the situation. Total bummer.

Laptop purchase
My time at Best Buy was a huge letdown. I bought a laptop there not long ago, and the customer service was pretty disappointing. When I ran into a problem with the laptop, the staff wasn't very helpful at all. They didn't seem to know much about the products they were selling and couldn't offer me a decent solution. It felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously, and I walked out of there feeling annoyed and unsatisfied.

Canceled order, kept money
Watch out when ordering from this delivery service because they might cancel your order and pocket your money as credits instead of giving you a refund. I ordered something and just 5 minutes later, it got canceled without me even saying so. And to top it off, when I checked with the restaurant, they had no idea about my order at all. It's a sketchy way of doing business that people should know about before using this service again.

12-bottle order
I was honestly not too sure about ordering a dozen bottles because of all the rain we've been having here in California. But I gotta say, I was really happy when my order arrived right on time. The delivery guy did an awesome job, especially since I was out front working. But I was kinda bummed when I opened up the box and saw that the Fetzel wine had aluminum caps instead of the classic corks like in the picture. I'm all about those traditional corks, so it was a bit of a disappointment for me as a customer.

Affiliate marketing platform
I still can't believe I haven't signed up for this network yet. It felt kinda sketchy to me when I saw they wanted a $5 fee via credit card just to join. None of the legit affiliate networks I'm familiar with ask for fees to sign up. And on top of that, if they turn down your application, they don't even bother to give your money back. It seems like they're raking in the cash from rejected applications. Now they're trying to cover up their shady practices by changing their name to Awin. It's pretty ironic how even Amazon, with all their products, doesn't require a membership fee. This is definitely a big warning sign for me.

Slipper order
I ordered these slippers from this website, and boy, did it take ages for them to arrive! But when they finally showed up, they were way too small because the size was totally off. So, I wanted to send them back, but guess what? They told me I had to pay for the return shipping! And to top it off, the customer service boss was super mean about it, saying they don't even guarantee sizes. Like seriously, what kind of customer service is that? Obviously, they should be making sure their customers are happy, it's a no-brainer!

I bought a laptop from this store not too long ago, but I never got it. They said it was delivered, but when I asked for proof pictures, they couldn't give them because the link was broken. I've been trying to get in touch with Best Buy to get a refund or a new laptop, but they're not really cooperating.

I made a mistake and ended up ordering the wrong color dress from Sale Dress. I was pretty bummed out when it showed up. But I decided to contact customer support and they were super fast to reply and fix the mix-up. They sorted everything out and sent me the right dress right on time. I really value their quick and helpful customer service. Now I can't wait to get my hands on my items so I can check them out!

Parking at the airport
I was thrilled when we finally made it back to the airport super late and the shuttle was already there, ready and waiting for us! We didn't have to hang around at all to hop on and head back to our car. The drivers were super friendly and made the ride enjoyable. I also appreciated the QR code for tipping since I never seem to have cash on me. All in all, it was a really great experience.

The delivery service used to suck since they stopped using USPS, now I never know when my stuff is gonna arrive. It's not even worth saving a few bucks if I have to wait forever for my package or just end up going to a store and then having to wait for a refund.

Easy form editing
I love using this website to tweak forms and customize them to our liking. It's pretty awesome that I can just make changes without having to redo everything. The only thing that threw me off was figuring out how to align the text in a box. I hope they make that easier to locate.
